HEY IF YOU SEE THIS PLEASE ANSWER AND HELP ME (i always try to ask people stuff by commenting, but no one answers me, so instead i' am just asking you). Basically, i have a YT channel (not this account that i'm writing to you on, snce, i don't want a bunch of random people that are not going to be consistent on my channel going and subscribing or anything...) But basically, when i make the vidoes, what happens is that i make the script, which can take an hour, and then i film it. When i do this i'm not sure if it would be better to re-film it after i have already filmed it once. Because, i had had this idea and mentality that after i film it, i can make the video even better if i look at the video i have filmed already, and then use it to help em make an even more accurate script of the story i want to tell, since, having a "blueprint video" that i have already filmed helps quite a lot, as you can look at what the video will probably be similar too. Tbh though, i doubt this is necessary, but i was wondering if it is a good idea, because, i mean, i doubt bigger youtubers even do this; they probably just make the script and take 1 take to film it, yk (so, they just make the script, and, when it is ready and they have studied it, they then film it). Another concern that i have is that when i film a video once, and, lets say, i mess it up, and want to redo it. It is very irritating, as i find it hard to do this, as it feels like i have just had a conversation and now i'm about to try and say all of that conversation again but in an even better way and damn that makes the video become really sloppy, hard to film, and not authentic (and authenticity is my biggest goal). I think, like the other issue i talked about above, this is solvable by just doing this : i film the video, and i don't like it; then, instead o trying to film again on the exact same day and fix the issue, just wait a few days instead, and this will mean that when i come back to the script and back to filming the video, it will all feel much fresher again and then i can film with no issue. I have tried this a few times and it seems to help with stopping that feeling that i have just had a conversation, and then, since i didn't "like that conversation", i'am going to just now say it again - which is sort of what i see a video as, yk - a conversation.
@@DanSung2021 I think you just made too little of videos. Hamza's discipline guide talked about this perfectionism. I recommend you to just make a video and that's it. First many videos will be shit. Just try to make them a bit better each time you film. Try to make less pauses next video, or look at camera more, maybe use less bad words, etc. And loswly your videos will become good. @@DanSung2021 If you are interested in authenticity, dont write scripts, make bullet points and explain and present them. You say scripting takes about an hour, so planning will take about 20 minutes, and I'm assuming your videos are anywhere from 8 to 30 minutes long. Bullet points will save you time and give you more authenticity. Maybe you could even try recording the same video three times with the extra time bullet points and not scripting got you. *IMPORTANT NOTE* If you are very good at creative writing and you feel like it fits you better than speaking then go for scripts, record once, see where you failed, rehearse that part and that part only and then record again
I heard a similar quote to what you stated at 11:38 in a podcast of Chetan Bhagat with Yashish Dahiya (ceo of some company), and the ceo says, "100% guaranteed formula of life: Decide whatever comes to your mind and after that stop thinking. After that go behind it with full force. That thing will definitely happen, 100% happen. Not 99.99, 100% it will happen. It will take time, lot of time and there will be doubts, pain, stupidity, and everything. But it is 100% guaranteed that it will happen, no doubt in that. Its a rule of life. Decide. Then stop thinking about it. And just go for it. Choose the race and run with full speed." I hope this helps anyone who reads this.
this might actually be the best hamza video ive ever watched ive seen many videos from hamza's main channel and his unfiltered 2nd channel and this video feels like a culmination of the best ones as well as new ideas that combine everything he has talked about.
@@BuffSoldierWithBigGunit ain't instant gratification necessarily, that's what's tricky about it. There may be multiple options, but in one you get the benefit faster than in the other, but in the other the benefit is much bigger in the long run. And in all options the benefit is not instant, you still have to do the work prior. So I think its important to not only look at the benefit but how it develops in the long run, so to think a bit more into the future and not about the first benefit you will get.

That's cool you mentioned Mark Manson's book. I stumbled on Manson's online blog 6 years ago, and his blog posts really got me to start introspective thinking, which led to me starting my own self-improvement journey
Hamza, can you consider making content not only for Jeffreys, but also for some of us that are much more deep into self-improvement? Like I have stopped watching you because I don’t relate to the bad habits anymore, and so I find studying/working out much more useful for me, but I miss your content.
Sounds like it’s time to take the training wheels off. I know that feeling when you enjoying the information and you see the progress but eventually it doesn’t hit the same because well you are in the trenches and doing the hard work. Just keep going and hopefully you can use these videos as a reminder of where you first started , much love
it’s always nice to watch Hamzas videos and listen to the man that lead me. But it’s almost sad because I don’t feel that I need these videos anymore. Thanks bro. ( He’ll never read this lol)
16:53 you gotta trust yourself first before trusting anyone. Andrew Tate has beliefs I will side with but blindly following him is a mistake; Blindly following anyone is a mistake. I know there are people who blindly follow Andrew Tate saying “oooo classic tate W!!!” literally npc dialogue. You need to pull your own strings, You need to puppet yourself, if that makes sense
Smart man. Never be polarized by anyone. Hamza’s giving great advice, but he’s also trying to polarize his ride-or-die audience and snuff out dissenting opinions and criticism. It’s unfortunate, that. Seems like his priorities have shifted lately.
@@nathanielcallen5882 No, any advice given ever is “polarized”. You must be at a point where your decisions are solely in your favor. It’s not his fault, he is giving really good advice, it’s just the nature of telling any information becomes a blind order to ANYONE with no self awareness or direction. My best guess to solve this to not believe anyone for an amount of time and see how that works out got an individual; they’ll have to figure stuff out themselves and find what they truly want
@@Astriodia2 When I say "polarized" I mean that it is intended to prevent open-mindedness about a subject matter, and persuade a person into a more black and white, linear way of thinking. This can be good when someone needs to know how to get shit done, but then there's the risk of that person just enjoying what he's hearing to the point of it just being another form of mental masturbation. Hamza knows this. He's been at this for a few years now. At this point, he probably feels like he's already put all the information out there that any young man would ever need to make himself successful. I've noticed that his respect for his audience has lessened in his more recent videos, and I think i understand why. It's because he sees his current audience as consuming Jefferys, who still haven't taken his copious amounts of advice he's provided already on his channel for the last 2+ years, and are just continuing to consume his content because it makes them feel special and productive and more masculine than any other outlet in their lives, but not because they'll actually implement most or even any of it. I could be wrong. I hope so. Please prove me wrong, get out there and make a good life for yourself. That's all I really want for us.
@@nathanielcallen5882 Anything is easier said than done in simple terms. And I’m sure i’ve developed a way to combat this “jeffery consumer” thinking. If you are inclined to take care of lets say your child, this can be reversed to you. You can view yourself as the child your providing and protecting for. *You are basically pulling your own strings; a puppet to your own self* basically taking care of yourself as if you had an obligation to, for a child. A heavy responsibility
It’s very ironic because by the time I got the 43:30 mark when you talk about focus, I accidentally came up with an awesome idea and had to leave to write it down. This video is fucking Gold, Hamza is and consistently is the man. Now I’m gonna watch the rest of this video, but seriously guys pay attention.
Your greatest gift is your purpose and your energy. Do not let fear stop you from showing your courage. That is one of the main reasons why the society of the world is so fucked. Do the hard stuff, especially when you do not feel like it! Peace and Love brothers and sisters.
What would I do for 10 years for free: I would personally love to play sports. I’m not even sure which one but, to find out how to play and figure out what things to do in any situation in a game would be really fun for me personally. I’ll give this some more thought.
Hey, how is your dopamine detox going, I’ve been wanting to do one too but I fail every time. If I could get it right it could be potentially the greatest thing I could do for myself
You know what I love about Hamza's "Marathon" metaphor, the "don't let them fuck your future wife" mindset. It's a flawless manipulation strategy. But first things first. I'm not some soy boy who thinks that self-improvement is bs and you shouldn't try, but there's a lot of other self-improvement gurus who say this and the way Hamza says it is more influential and personally I think it's one of the best ones out there. But the reason I think Hamza's "Marathon" metaphor is masterclass when it comes to manipulation is: 1. He's not blaming you this time: Hamza s known throughout these videos to criticize the viewer and blame why he's in his current position, so he accepts that he needs improvement and consuming more content. - But now that you've started self-improvement and everytime you see Hamza's videos you know what to expect. - But this time he's not blaming you. He says that since you've been into self-improvement, now he presents you the "Marathon" and instead of blaming you and insulting you this time, now he's saying that you should watch out for other people who will pull you down (giving you more closure), smth that you don't want. - Also it makes the viewer feel better about his achievements and it gives him that high, like "now I'm doing the right things". 2. Dangling the keys across your face: The finishline in this metaphor is whatever you want, taking your insecurities. - For example, me who is a virgin, he talks about the future wife or women you want to fuck and now he has your attention. - Literally dangling the metaphorical keys across your face, so he can get what he wants, your attention. - And he promises you that you'll get that thing that you are insecure about, unless you follow a certain group of people, which leads me to: 3. Uncriticizable (I had to look up the word on Google 😂): - Now that he has told you about his "Marathon" metaphor and have told you about the people in the comments talking about how Hamza is extreme, now he has given you an enemy (classic Hamza manipulation tactic). - And now that Hamza has given you this enemy, you've become of part of his "cult" of followers that when they see any criticism, genuine or not, you'll be called a Jeffrey, a nerd, a bucket crab, etc. - Because they think that these people who criticise Hamza are the same ones who want to fuck their future wife, as Hamza already told you. - The reason why people fall for this and become part of the cult is because Hamza has the perfect demographic for this, that be guys in their 20s or teenagers who are impressionable and don't have the capacity for crtical thinking (most of them, not all of them) who keep rewatching his content, therefore receiving more ad revenue. Conclusion: Hamza is a good content creator imo in general, but he's not your savior. - In this comment, heck, a whole ass article, I'll be surprised if someone went and read this far, is just meant to show what he does to grab attention and create that place of worship where his ego and pride can be boosted. - If you're a religious person, like me, I think that the one you must worship is God and be thankful of what he has created for us. - If you're an atheist, just don't be a Hamza dick rider. - Have a good rest of your day, bro.
a 100 percent! excellent constructive criticism with a rational outline! really miss the old days man, especially back when content was actually necessary and seemingly relevant. it's almost turned into an endless cycle of mere repetitive(mostly, not everytime however) content, dare I say. good day comrade, god bless
@@Ibrahim-wx1ut As much as I talked shit about Hamza, I still need too give credit where credit's due, he had the mindset to get here. I tried to start a YT channel twice and it didn't worked out because of my mindset. Plus, I really didn't want to start a YT Channel, but the reason I did it was so I could beat my Jeffrey brain (a concept from Hamza I support). I'm better at having an actual conversation with people or even writing to someone than talking to someone through a phone. But Hamza did it, he proved to others that not only he could talk to a camera, but generate generational (yes, this wasn't a coinicidence, I put those words together purposefully) wealth through it and getting over 2 MILLION Subscribers by being unique in his style. P.s Thanks for the reply, I really appreciate it bro👊🏾

O ye who believe! Let not your wealth nor your children distract you from the remembrance of Allah. Those who do so are the losers. Also, its a good idea to divide a big task into smaller steps, just like progressive overload, and do them just like you would with a big task, but step by step you go and complete them.

But basically, when i make the vidoes, what happens is that i make the script, which can take an hour, and then i film it.
I am a youtuber myself and this mentality helped me a lot when I just started (I am not big or good on youtube, just telling what helped me and now it feels good to make videos, also me, my bros and my subs love my videos, and that's already good I think)
happy birthday hamza, grateful for your work
Excellent points and great video. Very insightful.
It's important to remember that if people can do it, you can do it. You don't really need a course, find what you're good at.
Happy 26th birthday hamza thank you for making these life changing videos im extremely grateful for them/you keep it up bro, may you have the best birthday ever hamza you deserve it for all ur hard work!

*IMPORTANT NOTE*
If you are very good at creative writing and you feel like it fits you better than speaking then go for scripts, record once, see where you failed, rehearse that part and that part only and then record again
I am thanking god every day that I came across your channel. So much respect for you brother ❤
Hamza good shit on dedication for making your videos keep it up man we learning.

58:10 - The 'any-benefits' mindset is literally instant-gratification for your self-esteem.
💯
@@BuffSoldierWithBigGunit ain't instant gratification necessarily, that's what's tricky about it. There may be multiple options, but in one you get the benefit faster than in the other, but in the other the benefit is much bigger in the long run. And in all options the benefit is not instant, you still have to do the work prior. So I think its important to not only look at the benefit but how it develops in the long run, so to think a bit more into the future and not about the first benefit you will get.
We need this💪
Im going to start now too. Wish me luck!

That's cool you mentioned Mark Manson's book.
I stumbled on Manson's online blog 6 years ago, and his blog posts really got me to start introspective thinking, which led to me starting my own self-improvement journey
I can relate to so many things said in this one. Thanks for sharing.
Love from India 👍
Hamza, can you consider making content not only for Jeffreys, but also for some of us that are much more deep into self-improvement? Like I have stopped watching you because I don’t relate to the bad habits anymore, and so I find studying/working out much more useful for me, but I miss your content.

I know that feeling when you enjoying the information and you see the progress but eventually it doesn’t hit the same because well you are in the trenches and doing the hard work. Just keep going and hopefully you can use these videos as a reminder of where you first started , much love
Maybe you should spread the wisdom you have gained to all the little jeffries
Same.
I thought hamza said no more Jeffrey & Adonis videos but I’m grateful he made this one.
I have so much esperance for my future thanks to you hamza
Stop reading this and go back up
it’s always nice to watch Hamzas videos and listen to the man that lead me. But it’s almost sad because I don’t feel that I need these videos anymore. Thanks bro. ( He’ll never read this lol)
Keep these long and unedited videos coming bro.
Thank u man

I just wrote a great script tonight and am gonna sleep, first thing tomorrow I’m filming my first vid (not on this account)

happy birthday hamza. you've done a lot for me
Happy Birthday my brother😘
You know what I love about Hamza's "Marathon" metaphor, the "don't let them fuck your future wife" mindset.
It's a flawless manipulation strategy.
But first things first.
I'm not some soy boy who thinks that self-improvement is bs and you shouldn't try, but there's a lot of other self-improvement gurus who say this and the way Hamza says it is more influential and personally I think it's one of the best ones out there.
But the reason I think Hamza's "Marathon" metaphor is masterclass when it comes to manipulation is:
- And he promises you that you'll get that thing that you are insecure about, unless you follow a certain group of people, which leads me to:
3. Uncriticizable (I had to look up the word on Google 😂):
- Now that he has told you about his "Marathon" metaphor and have told you about the people in the comments talking about how Hamza is extreme, now he has given you an enemy (classic Hamza manipulation tactic).
- The reason why people fall for this and become part of the cult is because Hamza has the perfect demographic for this,
that be guys in their 20s or teenagers who are impressionable and don't have the capacity for crtical thinking (most of them, not all of them) who keep rewatching his content, therefore receiving more ad revenue.
