I recently bought a pair of colored contacts (using your link haha) and when I wear them I get some haze in my vision. My first thought was that the lens was covering part of my pupil but the measurements of the contact match exactly with the contacts I wear on a daily basis so I was wondering if there might be another problem or if it's a common issue that some brands just don’t work for some people?
Welcome to the channel! And the small hazed could be for different reasons. The primary reason may be that you have astigmatism and these lenses are not Toric lenses, so It will create a bit of a haze/blurriness. I use Anesthesia Addict Blue but I noticed they no longer last 6 months but 2 tops. After that they destroy my eyes. So I think it’s time for a change. Any tips? Or people experiencing a similar situation?

But I guess you have to know how colored contacts work and what to look for. Watching a video like this only gives you like an 80% idea of what they might look like on your eyes. If they look different on your eyes, these are the main reasons: * There are two types of colored contacts, opaque and translucent ones. Opaque ones covers your natural eye color completely, translucent ones blends in with your natural eye color. Example: if you have blue eyes naturally and put on brown colored contacts, your eyes might appear green if the contacts are translucent. Translucent contacts looks more natural and realistic than opaque ones, as they let light pass through them. If your eyes are very dark, go for more opaque ones or make sure that the contacts are made specifically for dark eyes. The last pair of contacts he showed in this video are more opaque. * Lighting. Fonz has bright studio lights infront of him, this is optimal for colored contacts to look the best. Colored contacts doesn't react to light the same way that your natural eye color does. This is because your natural eye color sits behind the lenses of your eyes, colored contacts sits in front of the lenses. This means that colored contacts will look flat and unnatural in certain lighting. Nothing you can do about it, that's just the way it is. Now... a trick that makes colored contacts look more real: Wear makeup! The more makeup you wear, the more realistic the contacts will look. Mascara and false lashes creates a shadow on your eyes that gives your contacts more depth. Also if you have a lot of makeup on, your face looks unnatural which means the contrast between your face and contacts is much smaller. Dramatic makeup draws attention to it, overshadowing the contacts.
