John 3:16, "For God so loved the world, he sent his one and only son so that whoever believes in him won't die, but have eternal life." Jesus does love you, and you can always turn to him and he'll take care of you during tough times, God bless yall, peace out ✝️🙏🏻
The best Christmas movie in my opinion. What the funniest part about the movie was Bing Crosby was supposed to be a soldier and they keep talking about the major general like he's old and retired yet in real life Bing Crosby was 6 months older than him. Also, Danny Kaye was a 43-year-old private in the army 😅. Danny Kaye truly danced wonderful for someone that was 43 years old in real life . I thought he was a lot younger than he really was.

Best Xmas movie ever and it's not even close is "A Christmas Carol" starring Reginald Owen. A True Classic. But I do love it's "A Wonderful LIfe"...note this movie did not do very well when first released.
the late Bing Crosby stars in a bright, colorful and upbeat musical surrounding the most wonderful time of the year this movie has toe-tapping numbers, energetic music, and a bright, vivid production Even 70 years later surely this will be a classic for years to come to fit the holiday spirit
I’ve seen this classic 5-6 times on streaming in 10 years! Anyone with a slight decent taste in culture needs a bit of those Irving Berlin tunes once in a while. It was viewing Holiday Inn that encouraged me to give White Christmas a whirl!
I watched this trailer closely and can tell you two things for sure. First - you're correct, the clip from "Mandy" is not in the film and second, the clip from 1:00-1:13 is from a scene that is in the film but is from a different take.
@@ansumanahargett6227This just reminded me - I recently bought the newly remastered soundtrack cds for "Holiday Inn" and "White Christmas" and it includes the full section of restored audio for the part of "Mandy" that was edited out of the scene. It doesn't amount to much, but it was always clear that there was an abrupt edit near the end of the number.
Love those maroon jackets they are wearing. I want one, just because they look so sharp. Don't know where I'll wear it....maybe next year's family reunion.
its interesting, considering how much the mid 20th century contributed to modern day Christmas its odd that this film never really caught on as a yearly classic, at least it didn't in my family, I'd like to watch it and see if we aught to change that!
@@xz3132 I've seen it now, and it's definitely enjoyable but the second half of the plot is driven by the ol' "misunderstanding that could be explained in 10 seconds" trope, maybe it was more original in the 50s but that's so overused now and I've never really been a fan, it's also not super memorable, but it's not bad, in fact I'd take it over most modern movies any day, and i can see why it would be beloved by some if they have nostalgia for it

This should be worth watching during the holidays.
This entire movie just makes me feel at home! One of the best Christmas movies ever! I love the costume design and just the beautiful details!
Absolutely. This, It's a Wonderful Life, A Christmas Story, and Auntie Mame are a GREAT combination.
@@JoshuaXYZI first watched Auntie Mame in December one year thinking it would be an all out Christmas movie.
Same! 😁
Watching this is a Christmas tradition every year!🎄
Now you're talking!
One movie I make it a semi holiday tradition to watch is The Sound of Music
The second best Christmas movie ever. I give #1 to It’s A Wonderful Life
Best Xmas movie ever and it's not even close is "A Christmas Carol" starring Reginald Owen. A True Classic. But I do love it's "A Wonderful LIfe"...note this movie did not do very well when first released.
That title to me belongs to Miracle on 34th Street
I hate all of these suggestions. 🤮🤮🤮
Home Alone is the best man
@@manuelorozco7760 I know its such a good movie
White Christmas is the best Bing Crosby movie since Holiday Inn.
Agreed.
I’m torn between them
One of my favorite movies.

As a Vermonter myself I can't believe I've never seen this film before.
Such a classic.
Wow many many years i wish i will watch it

That looks so good..
Nice bit of choreography in "Mandy" that I'd swear didn't make it in the final film 😮

@@cliffchristie5865I wish they kept the deleted scene in Mandy. I have the cd aswell, the music is fantastic in the deleted scene part!
from this trailer it kinda looks like if singing in the rain had a Christmas special, which hey, I'd be on board
I watched White Christmas first. And then Sing’In In the Rain
Good movie ❤❤❤❤❤😊
Love those maroon jackets they are wearing. I want one, just because they look so sharp. Don't know where I'll wear it....maybe next year's family reunion.
Es una hermosa película llena de magia y encanto algo que les falta a muchas películas ahora

Wouldn't be Christmas without it,❤🎉k

Probably because your family has good taste in movies!

Have to watch it at least twice during the season. Love it. But the continuity is the worst of any high budget film. Watch the magic coffee pot!

I honestly cannot understand how people can compare this fluff to It’s a Wonderful Life!
I like them both equally and seen them perhaps the same amount of times!
