Recipe and Ingredients:
2 sausages - diced
1 onion - diced
4 grated carrots
Chopped garlic - 1 tbsp
3 cups of rice
Lard - 1 tbsp
Start pouring the lard into a large pan, add the onion and garlic and sauté them until golden brown. Add the sausages and cook a little, add the rice and 1 tablespoon salt, mix well and cover with hot water. Add the turmeric powder, mix, cover and let the rice cook (about 10 minutes). Add the carrots and cook again for 5 minutes.
