- Hi all, well I wasn’t sure what I was going for but am happy how it turned out! The paint colors are in the video...all paints are mixed with equal parts paint and floetrol and a drizzle of luquitex pouring medium and then some water! I made this a thicker compound today! Thanks!!

Never seen your channel before. It popped up on my feed. I really like your painting. Love that Prussian blue next to the white, and how the gold and black reacted with eachother. Very nice. What was the consistency of your paints? If info is in your description box, sorry about that. I haven't read it yet. My bad🙂

I use a spray varnish::simple one coat!
I love this piece! I never seem to get great results when I tilt much. Either paints go muddy, or the lines become very ragged. I guess it’s my paint consistency. Do you have a video about paint mixing?
I think for this painting thicker paints work...think about how you stack your paints. Use a color wheel, if you choose paints that are opposite on the color wheel it gets muddy...but side by side you get a cleaner look with more depth. So I usually do the color wheel if I want a lot of color or if I want blues I start with plumb, purple, deep blues, turquoise , deep greens...you can add gold, copper between a couple of layers as well...see my video called “Jupiter”! Have fun!!
