    Forget salads - This is a great way to use everything in your fridge and make sure you're eating your vegetables! Tempura carrot, sweet potato, onion, mushroom, green pepper, pumpkin, even avocado work in this recipe! Give it a try!

    Tempura is so tricky to make.. it’s my weakness. my shrimpys always curl even when I cut the middle. I think it’s because I need to squish them and throw in the oil like in this video. I’m going to follow this video and have a go sometime soon! While I was shown how to make tempura in Japan by some mums-they used an ice bath to cool the batter- but I think using the fridge sounds so much easier! I’m going to try that too!
