    Cooking Ah Pa - How do you prevent rice or eggs from sticking to the stainless steel wok?

    • @CookingAhPa
      @CookingAhPa  6 років тому

      Stephen Banks nothing to worry in this particular case, just scrap up the charred bottom eggs. U will want the flavour from this charred eggs/rice. But generally, in order to avoid sticking at the bottom, always add oil in cold wok, and u do need abit more oil when u r using stainless steel wok. But bear in mind, it will stick anyhow.

      Cooking Ah Pa if you dont mind to give tips how to avoid sticking on stainless wok make sure before you put oil make sure its hot enough the wok ,, heat the wok first then add oil and spread around the oil on the hot wok and when the oil is hot enough then you can start cook the fried rice 😊

    Why do you use a spoon to fry your rice?

    Ah Pa, in previous video where you did fried rice you mixed the rice first with an egg to have each and every grain of rice cover with egg to have the golden rice effect. How come for Yangzhou Fried Rice, the method was skipped, why?

      Rena ,OH eggs is not the most important thing here, it’s the dice ingredients which are the main focus. Also i am trying to share there’s always many ways to cook the same dish.
