I dated a woman who I thought was everything I wanted. She had the looks, the intelligence, the charisma and knew the Word. That very tension these two spoke of, I ignored. That’s how bad I wanted to be with her. The whole time I’m thinking, “This is too good to be true.” I prayed and asked God to remove her if she was not His will for my life. After about a month of us dating, all Hell broke loose and we ended up not working out. I was so hurt at the time, but I thank God for coming through and freeing me from not only her, but from myself.

Amen, I prayed about my ex and all hell broke loose too, which really helped me to detach from him and lose major interest in him to the point that it helped me to cut him off for good. I was so disgusted.

Ooooooo that was good y’all! Now I’m a young brotha in Christ who is 19 and I was called from amongst the crowd when I was 17. So I’m 2 years Christian. Since these two years I’ve matured spiritually and grown in God’s Word. Some have said I’m a pastor, some say deacon, a few have said to me that the Spirit told them I’m a minister. But I’m still waiting on what does THUS SAITH THE LORD because I don’t wanna make confused decisions bc I know God isn’t the author of confusion! 💯 To sum things up tho, thank y’all so much for y’all content and this video has really blessed me! I was engaged.. He was a loving man.. He was so gentle and so perfect so I thought. He even knew the word too.. I kept on getting that feeling.. "It's too good to be true", Is this really God? I ignored all the signs come to find out this man was a married man with a whole mother family.. Smh I wish I would have listened to the tension. So much of my time would have been saved and not wasted. Listen to that confirmation everyone!
So how was you able to move forward

Sister dont be' hard on yourself it happens to most of us.
During this separation from my spouse I realize knowing the Lord and the word is not enough. Its putting God 1st and your spouse 2nd . Only God can really reach your spouse in a way you cannot. I am being reset and the veil has been removed fro my eyes.
Yesssss currently going through the exact same thing. I been battling with my emotions trying to let go of the past which I’m still holding on to my husband and marriage as we’re separated and now God has drawn me to a place to actually be still now and the pain is unbearable I’ve been staying in the word and praying so much but like you said that’s not enough. It’s putting God first above all things as scripture say seek ye first the kingdom of God and all else will be given unto you. I want so bad to throw in the towel but I kid you not it’s like something in the inside of me is fighting and making me hold on and I know it’s God and he’s doing a new thing in me getting rid of all the old. I even told him I’ll suffer for him just to get that healing. I know he’s resetting me that’s why I been crying so much and crying and pleading with him to heal me. Would you happen to have any advice for me

You need that witness and confirmation, without it, don't move ! You can derail your life.
That confirmation will keep nudging at you everytime you wanna give up!! That confirmation is very important.

That's with everything Queen_Tina. God can speak to you through people but so can the devil. God can speak to you by just having an ear to hear his voice, but so can the devil. Remember everything that God do the devil copys it, but we all know that with christ there is peace and understanding in all that God do, and with the devil there is chaos. So this is why we must always watch and pray. God said my children know my voice and a strange they will not follow. John 10:1-5, 26-27 says:

God's sheep know His Voice. That's what the Holy Spirit is for. Get filled if u aren't! (John 16) " ..The Spirit of Truth will lead snd guide you into All truth.." 💚
Also ask for discernment
In addition to what was said, when God tells you something...He will tell you the same thing over and over again. He confirms things through different medium. So, you will have no doubt it is the Lord.
That’s why you have to ask God to give you dreams from him only!
Lord I pray for discernment in this relationship, let Thy will be done, not mine. In the name of Jesus if this isn’t of the Kingdom give me the vision to see and the grace to accept the truth; if it is, give me the wisdom to move according to your calling.

I've experienced confirmation several times this week. God speaks to us always and just like you said, "Are we listening? " This helped and even gave me encouragement and confirming that I'm on the right path!
I met someone and it was Different than what I had been use to...But at this stage in my life, I wanted what God has for me so on my. Way to his house, I prayed it was on a Friday around 4. IT was over by Saturday less than 24 hours...
That’s the way God speaks to me in my dreams and also he gives me answers to my prayers in my dreams and revelation so many tell me God speaks to me through my dreams and he has been speaking to me through them for years now and so many told me to pay attention to my dreams

That scene from Moana has always brought me to tears. When I first watched the movie with my youngest child, God had been telling me what I should do in my own life and I had been too scared to follow the guidance. That movie helped me to face my fears and follow the path God had laid out for me. I won't say it was always easy and I did have bumps along the path but every time I simply prayed and asked God what my next step should be. I am now faced with another fork in my path in one area of my life and while I believe God is saying I should do one thing, it is not the easier path and I am praying for confirmation. I have learned that if I remain open by starting my day with prayer and meditation and taking small breaks throughout the day to say a simple prayer and focus on my breathing for a just a couple minutes, then I am more capable of listening to God. Those short breaks help to recenter myself in the present moment so that I may feel His presence. I have received confirmation in a variety of ways at different points in my life. I sometimes think God is always trying to tell us what to do but we only hear bits and pieces so He keeps repeating Himself in different ways so that we may understand. He is so patient. Especially with me.
Yep. Don't give up. I asked God to send help and He sent another believer not even an hour later to tell me not to give up and how to pray!
I feel that “don’t quit” feeling when it’s been extremely hard and I’ve though about quitting many times.

I had that tension before I ate some pop tarts before watching this video. I believe the Lord is calling me to give up.... pop tarts. It’s just weird cus it happens with things I would consider to be mundane.... and it’s like, “is this really you God? Pop tarts though? Why would you tell me to give up pop tarts? I’m probably tripping and being over analytical again...” But here I am ready to pull the trigger on them. I be wanting confirmation of the confirmation that God gives me, cus I’ve jumped off the ledge before in faith due to a nagging in my spirit that wouldn’t leave and ended up hurting people around me and myself.

I'm very in tune to God's voice. I married an unbeliever, and we we are separated. I really didn't know what to do at first. I'm an active dreamer myself, so God confirmed what he was telling me to do. He said us being unequally yoked had a greater purpose. I couldn't change the heart of a man, that was not the plan. I am yoked to Christ, and my husband is yoked to me. We are one flesh, and eventually my husband will walk in the same direction as I am. Like the Roman soldier Cornelius and his family. It's not God's will for marriages to end in divorce. Moses permitted it in the "law of Moses". Moses was a man. it's not how God had it in the beginning. You are not excused from the consequences of the sin adultery even if you have a man made paper certificate of divorce and people have to understand that. Marriages are not broken overnight. When God restores to you what the enemy tried to steal, it takes time because if you try to restore it prematurely it won't last. You have to trust God to restore your house and place it on a rock foundation.
Every time I see him I feel my heart pound and sometimes when we talk I sense that maybe he overlooks me or doesn’t want to talk to me and other times I feel like he does sometimes I feel like rejection coming my way from him so I’m just going to step back on a serious note
