This is so crazy because I was literally praying for information like this just this week. I am a Christian and I have spent years learning information about God, but I still don’t know how to apply all of my teaching. I still struggle with “survival tactics” and it consumes all of my energy on a daily basis. I come off as someone that is super happy but I still struggle with PTSD. I have always viewed my PTSD as my weakness. But I realize now, that God is waiting to work thru my PTSD. I have been waiting for him to just magically take away my PTSD. But I am learning now that my PTSD is what will teach me to see how God really works to heal us. Wow this is amazing. Thank you for taking the time in worrying about us and making this program to help us heal. I really appreciate it. I hope God blesses you for your efforts ❤.

God woke me outta my sleep and lead me directly to this message at 11:11. I know this word was meant for me. My entire life is based on survival skills. I've hurt people that I love due to this. Please God allow me to unlearn my survival skills. 😢🙏🏾
The truth of not knowing how to love because of trauma from a parent hit me the hardest- from the time I was about 11 up until I was 14- I didn’t have a father. He was too busy wanting to smoke crystal meth, hanging around people I didn’t feel safe with, and calling my mom every name and cuss word in existence😞 how do you ask God to unlearn and un-hear words no teenager should? How do you ask God to take away the hyper-independence from the adult-like decisions I was forced to make from a situation that was not of my choice? You’re asking me to dig deep… and I don’t know where to begin
