Over two years and it works great, even in our Alberta winters. I just came across this piece to see if there was some maintenance that I could do to keep it running so well. I'd recommend the Reznor to anyone and quite frankly a bit surprised by the less than flattering comments that others have left.
I have one, the biggest piece of junk out there, print the trouble codes in large print so you can read them from your ladder while you are trying to get this piece of junk to light. Extremely undependable.

We got 2 of them at the walmart i work at, one the fan wont start and the other wont start at all

I have a unit that is causing too much flame... anyone can help????
Best to call a plumber or someone licensed to inspect such a thing - sounds like fuel delivery or the orifice is off.
