Love this looks so nice
I wondered if there was a product like this! Thanks for sharing!
He says easy and quickly 😂
I mean, it’s pretty easy and can go up pretty fast if you know what you’re doing ❤
I'd recommend using foundation armors sealer on the thin brick
The problem with these is, any transition points like doors and windows, end up looking like shit.
You can almost not notice where you touched up the blue😂
That's what I'm saying!😂
Nice work, i lovet!
Where do you get the bricks
Will the bricks get dyed
Just take a regular brick and cut it in half same thing
Except a full brick sliced in half is closer to 2" (1.8" actually). The veneer is 5/8" thick. When structural integrity is not needed and weight is a factor such as interior use, the veneer makes sense. You're also doubling the amount of mortar you would need in the joints. Also, tell me how long it would take you to slice 1,000 bricks in half, and cut L-sections for outside corners. Then equate that time to labor dollars or how much of your own time you're wasting to save a few bucks. Oh and you have to haul the full bricks to the cutting location instead of just opening a box. Are you one of those people who drives out of their way to save 5 cents a gallon on gas? Wastes a quarter of a gallon to save 3 bucks.
we just build our houses with bricks....easy.
----------------------- some refer veneered brick to 'soaps' .....3 x the curb appeal.....now ur RE taxes are go'n up....
My RE taxes are based on square footage of the house and size of the property, not the home's value...So curb appeal is a win for those in my state. A nice house and the same house next to it in shambles are taxed the same. Yep it's true.
fake signals fake.
Dude, you gotta put a rainscreen under that cement board. That sheathing going to rot
Yeah I'm not so sure bout red guard either...
