Good morning! For those asking about the intro song, I hired a composer (the same guy who did my Mothership Zeta and Caesar's Legion intro songs--talented dude) to do a custom, all brass, military march rendition of California Dreamin' by the Mamas and the Papas. I imagine it as the homesick cry of NCR troops who just want to get back home to NCR territory in California. Yeah, it was published in the 60s, but hey, if Bethesda can make a John Denver song from 1971 the theme song for Fallout 76, then I figure I'm good.
lazymansload the Wilhelm Scream is usually seen as being infamous in some ways. Not entirely sure why. I think it’s because of how distinct it is and it’s hard to miss Fun Fact: it’s first (known) use was from Distant Drums in 1951, but was popularized from Star Wars
Oh my GOD, that California Dreaming motif in the title in absolutely fantastic. For sentimental reasons it's one of my favourite songs of all time, and hearing it here for my favourite of the four factions was stellar. I know it wasn't done purposefully, but I still feel as though I have to thank you for that.
This is the reason why I’m watching these videos before I continue lol. I had to go back a few levels and quest because I wanted to make sure I knew the point onr.

An old family friend passed away recently and I just was stunned of what happened, and I made a memorial already of him in Fallout 4. Trust me Oxhorn, I was there with you I had no idea how to play Carivan but then I figured it out: The goal of the game is to build your “caravan” or your pile of cards without going over 26 in the card numbers. An example being if you have a 10 of spades and 7 of clubs, they would total 17. All cards have a number attached to them aces-1 2-2 3-3 etc. kings double the number of the card that their placed on, so if placed on a 5 of hearts that card would be worth 10. Jacks take away cards from your opponent, though there’s something with them where they might actually take away your own cards which I haven’t figured out yet. And finally queens switch the order of cards. If your pile goes as follows: 1358 you wouldn’t be allowed to put another 5 unless you put a queen which lets you put any number lower than 8. One last thing, you can put any number of any card if they’re the same. Hopefully this helped!
I'd say no one in New Vegas are the 'good guys' They're all varying shades of gray. And I personally think House is the best option. The NCR is way too expansionist and aggressive for me. That type of thing will screw them in the end. Of all the factions, left untouched, I'd say NCR is the most 'doomed' in the long run. I think even Caesar's Legion would outlive them.
If Caesar had a child, he would teach them the ways of the legion, and i'm sure the legion would follow. But he doesn't, so the Legion might suffer some in-fighting for a while after his death.
