@@ZinsWorld - for a second I thought you were referring to mobile games. Then I realized that you might be on PC. I play stardew on mobile. (GTA vice city; genshin impact, star wars galaxy of heroes, and more)
I did this and then needed wood, but Robin would just NEVER give me the quest to gather wood so I kept having to buy wood from her so I still had plenty of trees to cut down when she finally did offer it.
I scrolled through a lot of comments and I'm surprised nobody said this yet! You can use either the book in the Wizard's Tower (where you build Junimo huts) or Robin's build menu to move your greenhouse after it's restored! I love having it right next to my regular farmhouse.
My boyfriend and I really needed this video! We have such a hard time planning everything and gathering inspiration for our farm! Thank you for this! (:
pro tip: you can use that grass for food for your animals! place some in the area that you keep them and you wont need to keep feeding them hay, only on rainy days and in winter
If you plant grass by your barn/coop, throw a few lightning rods down on the grass starters. Animals can eat the grass around the rod, but they’ll never completely eat it. Then it acts like a perpetual food source and grass starter.
i started playing stardew recently so i've been watching videos in preparation for when i feel ready to decorate my farm and this was really helpful ! thank you ! ^U^ you also seem really sweet, and i love how you reply to every comment ! i'll definitely be watching more of your videos
Welcome into Stardew Valley! You're going to have a ball of a time :D And thank you so much for the support! Reading amazing comments like this makes my day. Good luck on your adventures~
I'm using your tree layout & I was like why do mine look so big. Now I see. Time to start over & lay down a path after planting. Thanks for mentioning that part.
This is an efficient way of decorating your farm.. Will try this one when I start a new save. I just started playing like more than 3 weeks ago.. I like putting trees, grasses and decorations haphazardly on some spaces around my farm. I made a huge geometric 'park' in the center (pavements really do wonders), with flower patches, trees, apiaries and other decorations.. The use of space is not the most efficient though, as I chose the 'Forest' area as my starter farm, I had a hard time managing the space as I also kept a patch of forest in the west side of my house. Lol. I'm really enjoying this game right now
Look up riverland farm tours. My tip is to not make your paths too wide and to only have trees and fruit trees on the edge of the islands and behind your house. You also don't need to use a lot of fences. Tapped trees can be placed outside your farm. Animals are a bit difficult to have because of the lack of grass space but I kept my barn and coop anyway. The slime hutch takes up the most space so only get it if you really want to. I decorated my farm with fruit trees, cabins, paths, small decorative items and a few fences.
For some reason I find it harder to decorate bigger farms (like the standard farm), but I can decorate the riverland farm with ease. I think it may be my favorite farm type.
Winter is your friend. You can move everything around without spoiling your crops. Robin will gladly move buildings for you (or the wizard can if you've finished the community center). Moving fruit trees is a bit more of a hassle, but everything else can be shuffled around like the cards in a deck.
@@nizidafabie Oh, nice, nothing to worry about then. It's a bit more stress to chop down a fruit tree that bears gold-star fruit, as it takes two years to grow back to that stage. But the rest of the farm (except the house and I think the greenhouse) can readily be moved around, and winter is a very convenient time to do so.
Thank you for helping this Stardew Valley noob with some tips and ideas, started playing just yesterday, and while I’m pretty game smarts it was a little overwhelming with all the land while trying to learn the game, so I appreciate it much love!💚
I'm just patiently waiting for the mobile update for the game-- that way, I would feel decisive of my plans! Pathways and fences are very important in beautifying the farm. Destroyable items like tree stumps, logs, and large rocks can also be used for designing. I often take considerations if I should loot those three items because it could be use to beautify my farm instead. In my farm, I left the stump alone because it looked like I could use it as an outdoor "cottagecore" table. I definitely regretted it when I chopped down the log and destroyed the rock...
That's a smart way to use them, although sometimes they can get in the way. It was smart to remove them, maybe you'll find furniture that you'd prefer to have outside :D
You're a wizard! My farm looks a mess and when I tell you, I literally jaw dropped with the sprinkler and tree tip?? I'm gonna chop down most of my trees and re plant them when I get home.
I like to make small forests in my farm using Trees and Grass and then make pathways through them 🙂 just for an added look you can put campfires and log decorations.
I've been playing for a while, and while wasteful I found that if you want to go the multiple coop/barn route you can actually line them neatly along the bottom with room for multiple silos on the left side of the farm (where I put my coops) and have a barn/coop for each animal not including slime
wow, so gorgeous. i usually place all my stuff before doing the pathways but i think next game i will defo try to put the path down first. i also love to put decorative crops, like the sunflowers, and keep them until the end of the season just to add some spice to my farm.

Hi Fuzz!! I just found your channel and its amazing and this video is so helpful! I was wondering if you could post on the community tab or have a bit more of a walk through here we could see the whole farm in case we want to use it ❤❤❤
I didn't know that decorating the farm was that easy! I am planning to decorate it later because I am poor in Stardew Valley right now and I will make the farm like seasonal (Just the crops and the flowers because that will be too much work for 1 month in stardew valley)
I just get so overwhelmed with the amount of space 😭 I love a sort of cluttered look, so it just makes me want to cry. I need to spot choosing standard farm.
Thank you so much, I’m more of an explorer type of player, I got monster hunting, mining and fishing but I don’t take much time for my farms design so thank you so much!
This is great! As a first long playthrough, I look at farm tours, and it gives me anxiety. Lol. P.S. - yes! Plant lots of oak trees! I've had my greenhouse up and going with ancient fruit and fruit trees for a while and am struggling with kegs now. I wish someone sold oak resin!
You said you used Mahogany for decoration but you can also put a tapper on them to produce sap, and said sap can be used to make fertilizer. I also found that IF you do want a slime hutch, you can fit it in the fenced area with the barn and coop if you move the top fence gate 1 block over to the left.
Really cute farm, love how you decorated it! I only wondered about the fact that your animals don't have any grass. I always make sure they have a lot of grass so am wondering if the hearts build just as quickly even without the grass. Although, tbh, I haven't ever really kept track of how fast they build with the availability of grass. So, maybe I should try it both ways and keep track.😁 Oh! And I noticed you were riding a horse but never noticed where you put the stable. Guess I need to rewatch and pay more attention.😂
Love this, thank you! I have oodles of gold now and I'm looking to redesign my farm. I definitely wasn't worried about the design to start - usually I wasn't prepared for the size of building I was purchasing so there weren't many locations available. I have been hesitant to move things around since I would lose fruit trees but I can buy more! Thanks for the ideas.
Yess these are all great ideas! Fruiy trees can always grow back, and I've redesigned my farms so many times, just because I didn't like the layout. I hope you make your farm look fabulous :D
This has been so helpful, you have no idea!! I love how you explained how to set the layout from the very beginning. Brb, gotta go make a lot of stone floor pieces :D Thank you
Thank you so much for your video! (Great content, as always) 🎉 One question: What are the goods that you enjoy the most producing in Stardew Valley? (There's no need to be the most profitable ones)
Thank you so much, glad you enjoyed the video :D The goods I most enjoy producing? That's a great question! Honestly the goods I enjoy producing are those that are artisan goods. Most of my playthroughs have the artisan profession (level 10 farming). Starting every day with a task to complete (petting the animals, filling the kegs with fruit, planting seeds if needed) has always been fun for me!
I decided to start playing sv again after a year long break. I was never good with organization or anything so this video is definitely a massive help. on a side note, you have a very nice voice. idk what it is but I really like the way you speak. thanks for the video !

Disclaimer: Excuse for my grammar. Ive been playing stardew valley for years. But ive only made 2 complete full farm. What i learned most of the time even your farm is large type. Fences and pathways always takes so much space. I recommend using Expansion if your a farm hardcore decorator for 1.5!! Making a mini garden beside tge greenhouse with cherry tree is cute too. With Coffee table, Full of grass path inside. Organize Farm by Types of plant. You can buy diffrent types of potted plants and decorations on Boat Market. Decorate the outside farm path too. From town to forest and add some lights. And also On House decorating part, Instead of using rug and auto floor on house or mini house. you can also use craftable floors since it also has other wood choices to choose. Use Light/Pastel colors for childrens room. Add mini libraries or a Coffee table room. Adding flower potted pot is good too. and use window as a light source and add some greens and plants! (Use Butterflys too)
i had a farm in which i was in the 5 year and my farm was like the most ugliest thing u could ever see after i started a new world and i just wanted to know what kind of fences you were using at the end of the farm
I'm sure it wasn't ugly! Sometimes it takes time to make your farm look nice. I used iron fences, they were a great contrast with the stone flooring :)
i think u should have used a slime hutch just for the aesthtic of it and maybe some cabins but good job!!! also, have any tips on getting more money in stardew?
I decided to go on a natural farm with curving paths and fences. It looks really nice but prett bard to move around, one of my biggest mistakes. I kinda did too much that its a bit too late to redo it
Hi there, just started to play and so captivated with your design and planning! Can we decorate or redesign the farm later after having more money and clean all of the trees and stones?
Unfortunately the way of the farm's layout will stay the same! However you can purchase Golden Clock for 10mil gold (at the Wizard's Tower) to stop debris from appearing!
Thanks for the video! I’m finally at the stage in the game where I need to have a think about my farm design. At the moment there’s still tree, rocks, weeds and branches everywhere! At least I will have a lot of time in winter to do some designing! I’ve just got a question for u Fuzzireno: on my farm, there are a bunch of walls made of rock that are natural for the game, I’m wondering if there will ever be a way to remove the big walls? Because they’re going to be a bit annoying. Thanks!
Glad you've found the video helpful! Unfortunately there is no way to remove the "natural" rocks in the game. The farm space you currently have is the space you'll have to deal with. So definitely consider the space you currently have when designing!

I've been hiding apparently haha! So glad you enjoyed the video :D
4:46 I want to make a correction;
greenhouse has 12x10 tiles which is 120 and with 4 sprinklers in it, you should have 116 tiles for crops. Not 96.
i’m in my 4th year so i’m gonna start rearranging my farm. this is so cool and helpful ^^
That'll be fun :D Your farm will look awesome!
I think the stone flooring is my favourite as they are cheap and look nice
I couldn’t understand what you said. What website did you use to try to decide on your layout? Creative… something.
I’m not sure but I think it’s a mod for stardew
😍 Perfect advice fuzz! (reina here :p) I'm so happy you've done this video ~
Hi Reina :D And thank you!!
I wish you made a speed build montage for this Bc it was hard doing the stone pathways when there were no exact measurements
There was plans to do that, but the first video series had 0 interest... But I use 2 or 3 paths wide throughout this video :)
Love your video, you sound so cute and the contents are definitely helpful for my farm. Thanks!
Great video! Exactly what I was looking for. Very helpful.
Glad it was helpful!
Wow! Your really underated! Thanks for the help btw!
Omg thank you :D I'm glad the video helped!
@@Fuzzireno :D
There are so many things I want to try now!
Glad this gave you inspiration :D
I wonder if you have some ideas for the other farms as well
People who are aesthetic: we are the best
Winter in stardew valley: _Hello_
thank you for making this video i was waiting 1 week for it, 😆
Thank you for being patient :D
Love your voice actually
Haha thank you!!
yes is a nice voice, very friendly!
wow you're so pretty and your voice is so calming !!
This is so kind of you, thank you! ♥
Those are awesome tipps! :) I will try that :)
And also
On House decorating part, Instead of using rug and auto floor on house or mini house. you can also use craftable floors since it also has other wood choices to choose.
Use Light/Pastel colors for childrens room.
Add mini libraries or a Coffee table room.
Adding flower potted pot is good too.
and use window as a light source and add some greens and plants! (Use Butterflys too)
This is all so great, thank you for sharing!
i had a farm in which i was in the 5 year and my farm was like the most ugliest thing u could ever see after i started a new world and i just wanted to know what kind of fences you were using at the end of the farm
I'm sure it wasn't ugly! Sometimes it takes time to make your farm look nice. I used iron fences, they were a great contrast with the stone flooring :)
thank you very much :D
Imagine having a female friend who actual play games other than candy crush.
Great vid. Great content.
Agreed ;) Thanks!
i think u should have used a slime hutch just for the aesthtic of it and maybe some cabins but good job!!! also, have any tips on getting more money in stardew?
This is really helpful, thank you!
Thank you, my farm always looks like an unorganized mess of paths and sheds
I decided to go on a natural farm with curving paths and fences. It looks really nice but prett bard to move around, one of my biggest mistakes. I kinda did too much that its a bit too late to redo it
You can always move things around later on in your playthrough, or wait until winter and try it again!
Really like your videos - very helpful thank you
This helped out a lot my farm is looking better
I love that, yay!
Great video! 👍
Thanks for the video!
Wow that's soooooo nice😍😊👍🏻
