    Fantastic restoration and demonstration, it makes the restoration much more interesting when the finished product is fully demonstrated. The two of you really compliment each other in your videos.
    Looking forward to your next video.

    Спасибо! Такое удовольствие получила от вашей совместной работы! Как будто побывала в музее на мастер классе. У меня конечно есть планетарный миксер, но от такой вещицы не отказалась бы в хозяйстве! ☺️Браво! Прямо захотелось свежего маслица на горячий хлебушек намазать!

    Какой чудесный миксер, ещё раз убеждаюсь, что многие привычные нынче вещи просто обзавелись электрическим моторчиком :) И очень красивое домашнее масло - ни тебе стабилизаторов вкуса, ни красителей - что-то из другой жизни

    • @ekkarzbastlirny5769
      @ekkarzbastlirny5769 2 роки тому +3

      Jenomže pro takovou výrobu másla je potřeba i smetana bez stabilizátorů - a kde se dá taková dneska koupit? V supermarketu ne ... Pro takovou se musí k sedlákovi na vesnici, od ručně dojený stračeny, která se chodí pást na louku u lesa a ne k vyzáblý krávě uvázaný na řetěz v kravíně, krmený chemií a strojně vydojovaný do sucha ...
      Но для производства такого масла нужны сливки без стабилизаторов - а где сегодня можно купить такие сливки? Не в супермаркете... За такими сливками нужно идти к фермеру в деревне, от страчены, которую вручную доят, которая пасется на лугу возле леса, а не к изможденной корове, прикованной к цепи в коровнике, которую кормят химикатами и доят "машиной" механически досуха...

    It is like a blockbuster movie to see the machines and the other restorations on your channel. But, this is more of an intimate kind of an "independent, human film," if you think about the person that conceived and made this for a wife, mother, or grandmother. If you think about the humble person taking the milk from their cow, or from an exchange with a neighbor, and made their own butter, perhaps to used right out of the jar, or to be molded in a personal favorite butter mold. One of those meditative chores one does to think or quiet their minds; never letting their hands be idol lest the devil slips in. Thank you for this video.

    Very nice restoration. I was pleasantly surprised at how good the wooden paddle was. The only thing I would mention is that this is unsalted butter. If you want it salted you would knead in the salt after it is rinsed. Usually 1/4 - 1/2 tsp per 2 cups cream depending on how salty you want it. I love the butter molds.
