Thank you so much Sue! I'm happy to share that I'm finally able to practice with strength again. Am pushing myself daily to regain stamina. Did my first handstands and pincha mayurasanas last week. 🙌 It felt GREAT after so many months of being fragile! And it's always so interesting after any kind of injury or enforced time away from regular practice to notice how weak we become without it. I feel renewed gratitude for having this sacred tool and path of wisdom to nurture me back into vibrancy. The only thing holding me back from sharing is the screen time involved. My eyes aren't quite ready for all the blue light and focus ... Although I'm considering not including the names of the poses - which would makes things SO much less time time consuming and thus easier to accomplish with delicate eyes. So perhaps I shall do that because your lovely message kindles the flames of inspiration and I miss the discipline that comes with regular sharing. The past few months have been a tiring storm and it feels really wonderful to read and feel your encouragement and support and love. A big hug of thanks to you and see you soon! x me

I loved this practice, sometimes its very calming to practice like that, no so much technique, just lots of feeling in the class, when i started to practice, many years back, my first classes were like this, before i fell for Gurugi . I felt a very good Badhakonasana, i reached my toes with the chin with not much effort, usualy very hard for me to do. So thank you so much, lots of energy for the eyes and big hugs for all of you

A few month ago all of the sudden I just won't be able to sleep, I couldn't figure out what's behind it , but received lot's of advice from friends and doctor, I'm now feeling much better. Thank you! All is well but I still have to be careful of how much time I spend in front of the screen... The good news is that I'm using this moment to make positive changes - notably moving out of the flat I've been living in for the past 6 years. Looking for somewhere quieter which will aid the channel so much... at the moment I'm literally surrounded by construction/road work and editing the sound pollution out of the movies is very time consuming.
