Diesel engine or also known as compression-ignition engine (compression-ignition) or CI engine, was named after Rudolf Diesel. A diesel engine is a type of internal combustion engine in which the ignition of the fuel is caused by the high temperature of the air in the cylinder due to mechanical compression (adiabatic compression). This is in contrast to ignition engines such as gasoline engines or gas engines (which use gas fuel) that use igniters to burn the fuel-air mixture.
Diesel engines work by compressing the air only. This raises the air temperature inside the cylinder so high that the diesel fuel injected into the combustion chamber ignites spontaneously. With the fuel introduced into the air just before burning, dispersion of the fuel is uneven; This is called a heterogeneous fuel-air mixture. The torque that the diesel engine generates is controlled by controlling the fuel-air ratio. Instead of regulating the intake air, a diesel engine relies on varying the amount of fuel injected and the often high fuel-air ratio. The diesel engine is used a lot in machinery such as water pumps, plows, cars... In this recovery video we have Recovered an old D10 diesel engine. After restoring the engine was working fine.

That's a Emei 185 china engine, we have a lot engine here in the phimippines, it is powerful engine and also heavy engine, good for farming. I suggest that you should change the liner, piston, rings, noozle tip, plunger, connecting cap bearing so, it seems a brandnew.
We have replaced the broken part. Anything that works well, we reuse it. Thank you very much

Вы о чём!? Они болты откручивают газовыми ключами! У них гайкавёрта нет, моют из шланга и щеткой, автоматическая мойка, пескоструй? Нет не слышали! Покраска с баллончика, верх технологий! А то что корпус перед запрессовкой подшипников лучше нагреть, это вообще нано технологии! Да и судя по вкладышам двигатель почти не работал!
Ето не реставрация а фигня какая то, разобрал и собрал! Ни одной детали ЦПГ не измерялось, не менялось! Фази грм на глаз виставил или как?😂

I realize you guys are working with the minimum of tools, but you should be able to measure your tolerances on your crank journals and piston sleeve to determine the wear, so that you can fit the correct bearings for the crank and rings for the pistons. If the bore has too much wear, it has to be bored out to accommodate a new piston. The same with the crank. The surfaces where other parts have to be fitted should be taped off when spray painting, to prevent the paint causing leakage.

Є кілька способів вставити компресійне кільце в трубку. У цьому відео про відновлення я за допомогою мотузки затягував компресійні кільця. У наступному відео я використав інший спосіб зробити це. Будь ласка, перегляньте наступне відео на моєму каналі. Дуже дякую

We use pre-mixed spray paint
Unfortunately they are just making it look good and not rebuilding the engine itself, cleaning the piston, the head, valves, valve lapping, piston rig gap, piston to cylinder clearance etc...
I cleaned it all up and the machine was working fine

These Chinese diesel engines are often better hopper cooled or cooled with an external radiator rather than using the original internal radiator.

Totally incomplete restoration
You have shown following things
Piston block assembly cleaning , boaring etc.
Silencer cleaning,
The parts you replaced
Complete colouring
The color painting appears quite shabby
No ball bearings cleaning or replacement
Diesel tank cleaning
Any welding work
It’s not even an old engine to start with most of the dirt was still on the timing gears and all the old bearing was reused. Valve was not cleaned or lapped in and piston was not cleaned. If you rebuilt an engine in the U.K. like that you would be fired. I also failed to see any use of a torque wrench in any part of the rebuild and when they started it up you could hear the worn out bearings rumbling away won’t be long before it’s broken

What about if instead doing that waste of water, clean the parts using gasoline or any grease remover.
We used gasoline to clean greasy parts.
I would love to find one of these engines, but I think they are illegal in the U.S. for some reason.
