Never heard of this band before, but judging from the comments section it looks like it suffers from the same bullshit as bands like Trivium. Shame that such a cool song is being bashed by the usual 'elitist' mentality that seems to be popular these days. Song sounds good, will definitely check out more from this band.

This is all that's happening.. And I love it.. The colour of leaving makes me well up.. I hope you rot gives me chills along with cemetery bloom I mean you can hear lyrically and vocally how personal this album is and because its not in your face heavy your calling it dad rock and saying its shit.. absolutely agree. me too. i think is such a success the real parkway drive fan will value this one so much, i dunno they in my soul i just flow with them and what ever they make it's in my taste.
I love how fast paced and not full of breakdowns this song is. Parkway Drive is an excellent band that knows how to adapt, and they'll stay alive because of it.
derrick3131 There is no reason to get so worked up over a comment that is clearly a joke. I just happened to stumble upon this while browsing UA-cam it's not like I rushed here or anything. You know, the idea of a "Inb4" comment is doing it BEFORE the other people comment, it's kind of self explanatory. I'm sure you didn't mean to insult me and that we can get along just fine. Being honest with you I still think Horizons is better than this, and I think this new album was alright but nothing too outstanding. Have a nice day and enjoy the new album!
Actually this is the worst track of the album with Cemetery Bloom, still both good tracks, but not near the level of Wishing Wells, Shadow Boxing, Chronos or The Colour of Leaving
ive seen a lot of people bitch about this album but Winston did state that the new album would be darker, and off the deep end. they wanted to expand on their music. he even said its going to be totally different but try to be the best they could be. we can disagree, just try to open your mind a little. i personally find the album different and great.

This was a must buy album when I first heard wishing Wells. I love parkway drive and this album has only made me more into them if anything. It's so pure and real.
This album is a masterpiece as it is. Best to listen to the whole thing rather than picking at each song. It feels like a journey. A journey that is dark, bloody and yet it has soo much energy. Personally I love their music, the energy and emotion in all their work. Cant wait to see pwd live again, this time it’ll be so intense. Imagine being there when the outro breakdown comes on...that would be epic
riffs on this album are so fucking dope, parkway never disappoints, doesn t matter if is better than horizons or deep blue or etc, all of their albums are such a masterpiece
Great meaning to the song. I had to sit around awhile and think about it. But it's about the Catholic Church. I remember Winston talking about it before the album even dropped. I'll never see through the eyes of your lord but I've seen through the eyes of the child, I HOPE YOU ROT!!! Notice he doesn't say the Lord.
Why does everyone fucking complain and compare?? Yea we got it tough guys, you’ve been listening tk them for years. But they’re fucking incredible. Jesus shit
Probably the best song on the album alongside Chronos... For me this album is sort of hit'n'miss... Something is great, something is not, definitely not bad album, but overall average...
@@johnhenry3758 That's like your opinion you know and good for you that you feel that way. But me and at least 23 other people simply don't and your ranting won't change anything about that...
I can't even begin to describe how good this song is. The instrum is great, chorus' good, voice is on point... And then you get what's the lyrics are all about. And then, you love PWD even so much. Definitly the best one on the album for me.
I love how they are mixing more traditional metal into their metalcore style. It's creating this sound that's just amazingly badass.

The album is pretty epic!!! It has awesome melodies, almost every song on the album gave me goosebumps.
absolutely agree. me too. i think is such a success the real parkway drive fan will value this one so much, i dunno they in my soul i just flow with them and what ever they make it's in my taste.
Same here
Larissa Siems hell yeah ! i love it 😍😍😍😍
I love how fast paced and not full of breakdowns this song is. Parkway Drive is an excellent band that knows how to adapt, and they'll stay alive because of it.
The solo at the end is fuckin mint. This has turned into my favorite song on the Album!
Ridiculously underrated song, by far by favorite off Reverence.
"Du hast mich..."
I still hear Iron Maiden all through this whole album. That's never a bad thing.
Vaughn Blaylock I’ve thought the same thing about hearing Maiden!
New fan here, This album blows me away. Never was a fan of their metalcore stuff but this shit makes my nips lactate.
I'm devo AF they didn't play this live during the Reverence tour in Aus.... would have gone off 🤘
Keep them awsome albums coming guys .. you guys are my favorite band
Inb4 all the hardcore kids cry because it's not Horizons pt2
love this coment bruh! haha
derrick3131 There is no reason to get so worked up over a comment that is clearly a joke.
Please. this shit sucks
slight o hand agree!
w00f w00f I smell tuna
How can people complain about this?! It's an amazing album.
I really do like this album. It sounds like parkway drive. But different
been a long time fan of parkway and I'm liking there angle everyone moves forward I truly love this
best song on the album. I can deal with this. I like that new fry scream he did. Chorus is cool as fuck tho. Horizons is the best album. sorry
Seat Lays they set the bar so high in horizons, no god can hope to touch that shit but, I can jam to this. Not bad.
Seat Lays nah Wishing Wells
Seat Lays I’m sorry but chronos is hands down the best!
Seat Lays JK all the songs rock my soul!
Actually this is the worst track of the album with Cemetery Bloom, still both good tracks, but not near the level of Wishing Wells, Shadow Boxing, Chronos or The Colour of Leaving
All of parkway's albums are fucking amazing, and its very nice that they are changing their style while they are also close to their roots
0:42 " YEAH THE BOYS, YEAH THE BOYS"
Every song is so different.... and so beautiful
Now we're talking
Best song on the album and I loved Wishing Wells. The chorus is amazing not just lyrically but that riff. Sooooo good.
ive seen a lot of people bitch about this album but Winston did state that the new album would be darker, and off the deep end. they wanted to expand on their music. he even said its going to be totally different but try to be the best they could be. we can disagree, just try to open your mind a little. i personally find the album different and great.
Think people need to realise we can't all stay in the past and all bands are evolving and bettering themselves. This album is fucking crisp. Just appreciate good music...
Brazil appriciate this song 🤘 😎
Bruno Henrique
So falta o show aqui agora
Fabio Alencar aí sim
Br? Tamo Junto!! xD
Mateus Costa sim. 🤘😎
This is one of the best songs on this album.
Would Like To Hear This Song Live!!!
Didn't know Lordi had a new album out
Jack Hunter guess you missed the inverview the other day and said they have grown up from metalcore...
FLOYD HAGGERTY I don't mind it, I'm not complaining it's not a bad album, just he sounds a lot like the lead singer of Lordi
exactly what I thought :D sounds weird
hahaha and I thought it sounds familiar
Jack Hunter, great comment :)
this is literally the best song ever, gives me chills every damn time
The hate is real out here. Still plenty of metalcore bands out there you could listen to if you don't like this album?
This was a must buy album when I first heard wishing Wells. I love parkway drive and this album has only made me more into them if anything. It's so pure and real.
Looked at the view count and it said 1,234,567 holy shit
Incredible album.. Love this band
best song beside "the void" and "prey"
zitrone xyz imo its this, absolute power, prey and wishing wells. All the songs are pretty badass but those 4 are on another level.
What about shadowboxing ?!?!?!?
This album is a masterpiece as it is. Best to listen to the whole thing rather than picking at each song. It feels like a journey. A journey that is dark, bloody and yet it has soo much energy. Personally I love their music, the energy and emotion in all their work. Cant wait to see pwd live again, this time it’ll be so intense. Imagine being there when the outro breakdown comes on...that would be epic
As someone that started with Ire. I guess I'm the target audience as this aint bad.
Reasonable Discourse atlas and deep blue are fantastic albums also would recommend
Reasonable Discourse all them work, you will not believe their earlier sound
riffs on this album are so fucking dope, parkway never disappoints, doesn t matter if is better than horizons or deep blue or etc, all of their albums are such a masterpiece
That outro guitar solo though
Best song on the album! Perfect blend of old and new Parkway Drive.
Nice one, another metal party song! Loving it
Simon Tryhardt but it's not?
It seriously is not, the meaning behind the lyrics is nothing to party too...
J Fraz something can have deep/sad/ whatever meaning and still a party feeling imo
After learning about what this song is about, it really adds to the song.
This one is interesting.
LETS FUCKING GOOOO
First album I’ve really listened to by Parkway, looks like I’ll be working my way backwards. Digging this
Libera nos means release us
Ronan X Google is a lie
Santiago Gerhart nope, there are two words: libera (free/release) nos (us). "Libera nos a malo" is the Latin for "free us from evil".
that chant sounds epic hearing it on this track
Why does everyone fucking complain and compare?? Yea we got it tough guys, you’ve been listening tk them for years. But they’re fucking incredible. Jesus shit
Probably the best song on the album alongside Chronos... For me this album is sort of hit'n'miss... Something is great, something is not, definitely not bad album, but overall average...
Cepheon you should produce a more refined metal sound then this, or have harder vocals and then come talk to me- this is modern day metals best
