    Put your invisibobble in a mug of boiling hot water and it will shrink back up! I've been using the same ones for years and just re-shrink them when they stretch out.

    You can put your invisibobble into a cup of pretty hot water and it'll shrink back down to normal. I've done it several times

    Your day 2 hair looked amazing, wow! I’m impressed. Need to put these products on my list to try.
    Also, you can revive your invisibobbles by putting them in super hot water for a few minutes. The hot water will make them shrink back down to size! I revive mine like that all the time!

    The crunchier my hair (2a-3a, fine, long, colored, low density) the better. I washed yesterday, slept in my new long bonnet woke up and wth?! I wet that shiz down loaded it up with half a tube of gel and let it go. I'm sleeping with it crunchy tonight because I have a doctor's appointment in the morning. I never left the house so the only people 🤔 who saw me were the dogs and the old man. Love you lots, you're my go to girl for CGM. ❤️ Your hair looks amazing as always btw. And hormones suck whether it's pregnancy or menopause. 😵‍💫🙄

    “It’s fine” my exact sentiments as well right now. 21 weeks and a loosened curl here too, baby girl on the way. Also, contemplating a chop chop before the big shed because then baby hairs growing back are gonna be everywhere!

    If you soak your invisabobble in boiling hot water, it will shrink back to its original size. Just let it cool fully before using again.

    Have you tried Ouidad Vitalcurl Clear & Gentle Shampoo and Vitalcurl Balancing Rinse Conditioner? Both are CG approved. Great slip, even with just the shampoo. You might be surprised! I'd say the shampo is more of a low poo. There are a few Ouidad styling products that are CG approved as well. Thanks for review ing products - very helpful.

    Hey Courtney, so I was wondering if you could share your thoughts on VP/VA copolymer? I tried the Giovanni LA Looks styling gel which contains that ingredient, and it DRIED MY HAIR OUT. I've noticed several stronger hold gels contain this ingredient, and I'm just wondering if they will also dry my hair out...

    • @karissathatcher9206
      @karissathatcher9206 2 місяці тому

      Coming back to update! I have recently tried the Inahsi Pamper My Curls Flaxseed Styling Gel and the Moisture Supreme Fragrance Free Curl Sculpting Glaze (which contains the copolymer). It was tricky figuring out how to use these gels because... they were flash drying my hair! However, I have figured it out: Don't use these on soaking wet hair. I apply Blueberry Bliss leave in on soaking wet hair and STC. Then I micro plop. Then I put the flaxseed styler in my hair with three pumps of water from my flairsol. Emulsify, glaze, and scrunch! I use about 1/3 tsp per section. Then I repeat the process with the scuplting glaze. Then I micro plop and diffuse! This routine has been giving me really good results!

    If your pregnancy is changing your curl pattern (as hormones sometimes do), wouldn't the change only be from the new growth at the roots since becoming pregnant?

    • @carolinebaker8591
      @carolinebaker8591 2 роки тому +2

      I think new growth would be different, but your hair oils 100% change during pregnancy and that could affect the rest of your hair
