This is what TSW3 should have been....I'll definitely pick this up, I'm done with the TSW franchise as it's yet more rinse and repeat, DTG just haven't evolved the genre one bit. Train Life is literally Euro Train Sim! Love the deeper train driving with it being the basis for building a company (a la ETS2) And let's remember, DTG would sell you literally just ONE route between 2 cities, Train Life gives you most of western Europe!

Sound effects are nice but not accurate. This is the wrong type of sirens for Germany. The signals, overhead contact lines and general rail infrastructure is also not entirely accurate. The trains seem to be modeled really well though

Passenger jobs are all well and good, but I'm looking forward to the freight jobs, especially the supply and demand / production ones - oil to refineries , fuel out to consumers 👍🏻
I will keep to fs22 and bus simulator I will not getting the game I don't like trains I would like the game developers made a car dealership simulator I will like you to play more ets 2 this is the only video I don't like sorry dagger I will get the new construction simulator
Help. How do you get a platform number when approaching a station. I get permission to enter but when I communicate with them again to get a platform number it says route has been lost. Thanks
You could've turned around before picking up load. When you do it outside of service center locomotive doesn't turn around but drive direction changes. No, it's not smooth at all. Constant frame drops on video.
Looks neat, but I'm not much of a train conductor/engineer. I almost thought you used "choo-torial" at first, maybe you did. Kind of interesting that you'd finish training to own your personal engine, just to hire on a driver...
No lie at all, but when you said train horn, exact same second a train honked it's horn on the tracks behind the building I am in. i was soo confused for a few seconds. Love all of your videos! i have 300+ hours in FF22 because i first saw you videos that make me realize i should get it! Thank you!

Great video Dagg, I have been watching your no man's land on fs22 and its great. About half way through this video, I decided I really like the aspects of the game and went on ps store and pre ordered the orient express edition, releasing on the 23rd of next month. I have 2 other train games for the PS5, train Sim world 2 (which has a ton of expensive add ons) and railway empire (it's OK not a fan of how the game plays out). But this one looks good to play, we'll see if it's worth the $40 price tag. Keep up the good work.
Just a heads up for anyone looking to buy this game, the developers released it into 1.0 long before it was finished, there's still loads of bugs and the whole map is so modular it doesn't even feel like a railway.

Why the blue signal means "free trace". In my country means "stop, maneuver prohibited" for maneuver trains.

Pc, its also coming to xbox one and the series consoles as its in the games coming soon section. Cannot speak for playstation as i dont own one.
