- In 2015, my family & mental health professionals supported me on my journey towards discovering my diagnosis with Bipolar Disorder.
😊My name is Ese and I was diagnosed with Bipolar Disorder in 2015.
Bipolar disorder is a mental illness that causes extreme mood swings which include emotional highs (mania) and lows (depression).
Its symptoms really affect sleep, energy, activity, judgment, behavior & the ability to think clearly.
