Its been almost 2 years I have been practising Padhmasadhna, it completely cure my skin issue (corns on feet, adding to that I have eczema which is negligible now), I could fir my body also, I feel so calm post padhmasadhna, Its great If you add Surya Namaskar with the sadhna too, you can see the changes in face, I reduced double chin, reduced weight. Now I can see the sharp edges on face.

I am doing Padma Sadhna followed by short Sudarshan kriya and it has helped me immensely by keeping me calm and stable even in difficult situations and all my digestion related ailments got cured.
Me too! I just started 1 month ago along with diet correction and herbs my digestion is so much better! Do this daily. So incredible
After attending DSN course I started doing padmasadhana with short Sudarshankriya. In short period of 3 months i found lot of changes in me- mentally & physically.

Haven’t done padma Sadhana for certain of months. Today I did it with meditation and felt so great. 🤗like it much. Will share with friends this clip. Good for doing at 🏠.

I did this for a week as a part of Yes + course. It was so peaceful,body felt so light, i felt good and happy through out the day and most importantly lost 4 kg(it was a bonus point 😃) Thank you very much for uploading. I will start again.

Thanks so much for posting this publicly. I would request you to please update the video with full meditation from guruji. It is beautiful experience to start the meditation straight after padmasadhna but unfortunately it stops abruptly which is very distracting. Thank you for your consideration.

Wonderful video. Love the padmasadhana and meditation. The sharp loud sound at the end startles me when I am in meditative state.
The padma Sadhana is so beautifully guided, we where in deep relaxacion as the meditation stopped suddenly with this loud sound. I would really ask you to change this please, either whole meditation or none, its really a pitty to end this deep relaxacion like that. Anyhow, thanks so much, JGD

I'm having lumber pain since last one month. I am taking Ayurvedic medicine since last week prescribed by an experienced Doctor who is working at Ayurvedic Medicine College in West Bengal. He has recommended me to do Yoga regularly for 15 minutes at least. I am having pain today by following this video but I beleive that I will be fine within next 6 months of practice.

Is this Aasan is useful in slip disc...I'm suffering from slip disc bulge in L4- L5 L5- S1 for last 5 yrs
Jgd i m also suffering from prolapse disc in L4 and L5 and in the upper back since many years .I asked my doctor &yoga teacher they said if it hurts too much don't do .But avoid sarvangaasan instead of sarvangasaan do setu bandh asaan and i was also advised to not lift the upper back while doing pavan muktasaan.i started barely a week ago

I did padmasadna when I attend to DSN course in Maryland USA back in 2008, unfortunatelly I stop doing it and I feel bad about it. Im have a problem on being consistent.

JGD, At the very end of the video it would be benefitial to keep at least 5 extra seconds fading out of the meditation and hit the outro sound. For a closed eyed person it is not obvious that the meditation is over there, and the bell hits you like a shock. (If this was on purpose, ignore my message, otherwise kindly consider)
Ádám Bukovinszki I don’t think the meditation is complete for it ends abruptly but if you like to meditate then each day at 12 and 730 guru ji s meditation comes on you tube and facebook ! Try yesterday evenings it was superb and so relaxing

Why the meditation is not complete?
The whole of asanas is quite relaxing but would appreciate if the breathing part like when to breath-in and breathe-out is also explained including during the particular asana whether we should hold the breath or continue breathing. In many of asanas this is not explained or told.
It will help as we get confused as to what to do?
While taking up the pose breath in n while breathing out u may relax. In a single posture need to take 5 to 6 long deep breaths. For every additional breath we need to stretch more n perfect our posture. While breathing in v wl be able to expand our body. Jgd🙏
