You can find these dresses at a shop in act 3. It’s called Facemakers Boutique and you should find it while hunting down the serial killer. As for the name of the dress it’s called Elegant Robe.
If you’re knocking her out and then getting her equipment DO NOT TAKE THE TADPOLE. I PRESSED TAKE ALL ON HONOUR MODE AND SHE DIED.

There’s no scene with her if you knock her out and save the grove.
You can but you don't get the steamy scene.
