Of course, in D&D lore Minthara is a lawful/neutral evil (I can't say more exactly because I'm not a player, as I have written previously), but she is a deeply developed character with some quasi-"realistic" life stance. I know it might seem like a cosmetic difference but I actually think the "With Gortash dead..."-option is the best choice to choose. It gives a slightly different narrated beginning to the epilogue. Won't spoil it but you will see what I mean if you choose that option.
