👍🏽Plus fighting training also is in itself body breakdown conductive if you train hard joints and ligaments and everything take a toll too😅💪🏽🤙🏽

Great video bro! I just turned pro today. And am 200lbs with a football background so I’m pretty buff. I can’t get past 6-8 hard rounds and recently found out that it’s because my muscle mass. Eventually i wanna be a 175lb 12 round fighter. So losing muscle to build my cardio is a must because my body fat is already pretty low

Love your content man. So helpful.
Is any possibility to, train mostly for aesthetics but mix it with fight? If i want to have some muscles but still can throw some good punches /kicks?

You can brother. If you focus on the bodybuilding, your skill may develop a little slower. If you focus on the skill first, your body will develop slower. It really all depends on what you want to achieve. But please don’t let this stop you. There are a lot of hybrid athletes out there!!!

You mentioned you do sit ups. Are you doing “standard” sits up? Straight leg? Toes under some weight? Crunches? Or do you mix it up?

CHEZ, my goals are to get as skinny lean as possible. I don't feel good unless I'm really lean, not thick. I want simplicity, that 10 rounds of pushups rows and squats is simple. Is it good to do 7 days a week and run plus jump rope- all of that every single day?

      Hey Nick,
i think it is important to do one day rest because you burn Out with 7 Times Training a week
      God Bless you
