Generally, I tended to think Andy Parsons was one of the weaker participants, but his "This is my assistant who's 27" combined with the raised eyebrow was just unadulterated brilliance!

Can someone please explain Ed's "gaining a hook" joke? I love his comedy but I dont get that joke at all.
You could think of it as losing a hand, or you could think of it as gaining a hook.

it's just the host's way of saying "okay, I got the joke, now sit back down." Just a way of keeping the game going quickly.

They always give the Top Gear guys a hard time, I'm sure when Clarkson May and Hammond are stashing the £10 million in the bank they each they got from Amazon, they are really bothered by poor peoples comments!!
I bet they love it, it's all free advertising. and Clarkson likes to say controversial stuff. Never mind the money, they all eat well.
Clarkson, tiresome troll that he is, has elephat thick skin and a sense of humour, and Hammond doesn't remember anything that happened 10 minutes ago anymore, so they should be okay. May seems the only normal one.
