- Should you shoot interviews BEFORE or AFTER B-ROLL filming? That is an extremely common question when it comes to how to shoot an interview. I have filmed hundreds of successful organic feeling interviews that have earned me more money than any other type of work. Here is a breakdown of the pros to both sides and a list of factors you might arrive at that would quickly decide for you which order to shoot.. This is the video I wish I could have found the first couple of years I was filming interviews and b roll.
