Every three to five schools you get, you'll have a Library. Libraries make land value go up and promote the growth of Residential zones. Casino's give you $100 at the End of the Year Budget PLUS increase the growth rate of Casino zones.
Donuts are the best with special buildings at their center
Yes, for high population or in general play, its just not the strat for a speedrun as you do not have time or special buildings to do it effectively

And start to go to the top menu as well. I don't understand how can this be called a Speedrun with so many errors.

@@karmamachine Can you explain what you mean? Why does that prevent lag?
@@razmatazz9310 the more things on screen creates more lag which makes the in game time and development slower which will increase your real time... thats why you keep very little on screen at the start until you money glitch then zoom in over water at the end

I normally reach 360-400k on a sitting. I can see why I never reach full - I do as the game tells me to. Pollution? Spread out industry. I feel like a moron a little bit. Also, when I played I remember that I tested moving Residential away from Industry but then got the message that the unemployment was high, but you place the R's further away too.
I have to play it again, but I seriously hate when I am unable to crack the code myself. Thanks

Well yeah, it's a speedrun, where does it say "glitchless"? Speedruns are glitched unless stated otherwise.

so much mistakes in that. airport and seeport placement is very bad. dont build single areas, like the C above the policestations, everywhere. too much I areas. u need 2R-1C-1I . Parks at the closet tile to industrial will not clean pollution. and more.....

My mom found out that if you set a bowser loose on the city at the same time a tornado hits a ship, no one gives a shit cause this game sucks

That's such a cool fun fact! Wanna know an even cooler fact? If the tornado throws that lifts the ship away, making it fall on top of Bowser when he's wrecking the stadium, the amount of combined weight of Bowser, the ship AND the stadium will be almost half as you mama's weight!
