Hi how are you ? I just got my system and I have couple question how to add an extra camera , how to put the cameras in ortder I have mine on the screen camera 123 and 8 I want to in order 1234 please help thank u very much
Thanks for the help. Ridiculous lousy instruction manual. Couldn't have gotten the system working without your video. The part where you skip the registration information on the mobile app was obviously omitted from the manual. Thumbs up.
Great review of these bad boys! My roommate really wants to up the security so I am researching various cameras, I sure want something with less wires (I'd go for battery operated cameras if I could but this set looks nice). Great overview of the product and installation process.
Thanksk for this video. So these cameras are automatically attached to the DVR/NVR wirelessly? How far can the camera/system be separated? ie max? What is the maximum storage capacity? Is there solar power panel that you can connect to the camera instead? thanks
Please help out! My OOSSXX camera system only shows 1 screen on the tv, but all 8 on the mobile app. I can't see 8 views at the same time even when I have 8 screens selected on the TV? Do you know why? Like if I click onto each of the blank screens from the 8 sections, I can see the camera display no problem, but when I just view 8 at once, it only shows 1 camera display.
Do i have to get that box? i got one camera and im trying to hook it up to my wifi and chromebook. the book instruction is crap. I dont understand any of it.... help..!
Hello I just got these cámaras and it’s telling my to put in a password and it keeps saying password wrong when I haven’t put a password In yet , asking for help
How do you add cameras from a different NVR to your new NVR? I had one that didn’t have a HDD and one of my cameras stopped working. So I bought a whole new system that included a HDD. The cameras that came with it connect automatically, but my cameras from the old NVR can’t be found with the new NVR.
it looks like thee same format as Yeskamo that I just sent back ...two of the cameras were malfunctioning .you would walk into one space of camera 1 and camera 2 would show detection and when you went into camera 2 space , camera 1 would be detected so you never got to see the real time of movement from each camera.
Thanks for the video. Is this system using the home's wifi bandwidth and therefore slowing other devices down if you are using it while at home? Or does the NVR act as a separate router to amplify the signal and separate the video traffic from traffic running on the home's router? Or am I just not understanding any of it - lol?
i really dont think it will impact bandwidth very much. think of playing online video games your pulling alot of signals into your console sending constant data. i dont think cameras send out much to impact anything else would be my guess
Not sure what you mean by "total wireless capabilities", or "monitors". If you mean "cameras"? They need two things: They need to be plugged ("Wired") in for power (they come with power cords. You just need to plug each one in to an AC outlet). And they need to be connected to the NVR "Recorder" (or system CPU unit) EITHER via a wireless connection (which is the easiest and "default" way for the cameras to send their image to the NVR ) OR, if you prefer for some reason you can "wire" or "connect them" to the NVR using a standard ethernet cable. Hope that helps!
I can't get mine to hook up to my computer I'm not a very technology type of person so I have no idea what I'm doing I had the HDMI cord hooked up the internet cord hooked to my computer but the screen never popped up if you can help me please I would appreciate it
My issue is my camera is in the window pointing outside and the night vision is dark. So can you show the camera inside your window pointing outside at night. And what settings you used. Thank you.
Like you said the length from the adapter to the camera was probably 8 feet. So what if I want to install the cameras outside of my house? Is that long enough?
It is me again. I am having a problem with one of the 4 cameras is failing to connect via WIFI. As I said in my previous message, I tested the camera indoors and it appears to be working fine. One it is outside, there is no connection. The supplier is a Chinese company although I acquired the system through Amazon. I tried contacting the company and asked them for assistance but I did not get a response from them. In your initial response you mentioned that the system could have assigned a different IP to the camera causing it to disconnect. How do I correct the IP connection? I really would appreciate any assistance you can provide me. Thank you.
Oké so my stepdad bought this and I dont talk to him but I wanne have it on my phone because it too much privacy and I wanne see it too so if there is something I can delete. I wanne download the app en do it. Is it possible If he already had a account can I join too with snotter account if I scan de qr code on the computer? Can someone help
I have 4 outside cameras that were set up to connect with the DVR using WIFI. Recently one of the cameras dropped its connection to the DR and the monitor inside the house. I checked the connections and the camera and they seem to be fine. I do not now how I can check the WIFI connection for that particular camera! Any advice would be helpful. Thank you.
One question! What about cables That connects device with camera itself Example: i want to have one of the cameras 20 meters away from the device, should i drag a 20 meter cable in order for camera to function? Thank you for answer
The cameras can be used wireless or connected via Ethernet cable. If using wirelessly, you will need a long enough power cable to supply power to the camera. You can search Ebay or Amazon for the power cable extension. They come in different lengths.
Hi Just, let me know how we can connect the device via the smartphone with 4G data. At the beginning it 's works fine and now I have some problems to connect witout WIFI mode . Do you an idea why ? Thanks for your helph. Nelson
for it to be wireless, there still has to have a wire connected to them ? cause I'm wanting to mount them on trees outside my house. do i have to run cords out through my windows leading all the up the tree ??
Use blink XT2 cameras... I've installed those in trees for customers... make sure router is within 30 ft of camera or u might need to use a wifi extender...
Ive had it now for over a year, the recording software isnt all that great in terms of navigation but it does do a good job of constant surveillance that you can refer back to once you get the hang of it. I think its a good product
If you only want to access and view your cameras locally Iie Where the system is installed), the system does not need to be connected to the internet, and you don't need to plug it into a router. You can just watch the video "live" (as long as the "NVR" - "Recorder CPU box" - is connected to a monitor). If you want to be able to view video remotely using your phone or a PC at another location - the NVR needs to be connected to the internet - ie you must connect the NVR to your internet-connected router using a CAT5 cable. The NVR, as far as I know, does not have the ability to connect to the internet via WIFI. Hope this helps.

Can it still work if I don't have internet?

I ordered this system on Amazon and it recently arrived. When hooking it up, I temporarily got stuck and your video immensely helped. Thank you!
@GETFUX 55 how is it working.... are the cameras running on battery
Thanks for the help. Ridiculous lousy instruction manual. Couldn't have gotten the system working without your video. The part where you skip the registration information on the mobile app was obviously omitted from the manual. Thumbs up.

Great review. Making me think twice about a security camera system.

What is the wireless distance? How far can I put the camera from NVR without interruptions?
Does this camera system alert you for motion detection, like does it ring or set off some type of sound?
I am really interested.. thing is, is it 2 way audio
Hi, were you able to setup cameras for motion detection? I'm no able to make it work. Also, where you able to setup the notifications?
