Dips (18 reps) then immediately pull ups (9 reps) then I set a timer for 1 min. 30 sec and I did 5 sets of this workout. If you want to practice bare foot, you can do it. But it is better to begin with juggling in your boots. (If I started juggling from level 0 , I would start with juggling in the boots)

When I started to learn to juggle my goal was to learn to juggle with a less backspin as possible. But if it helps you, you can try to do it with backspin. I had very similar frustration as you do. I couldn't beat my 26 juggles. But than I just decided one day instead of 30 minutes juggling training to do 1 hour juggling training to break this plateau. And it worked.
Usually I don't juggle for record. I do about 200 juggles with both feet and then I do more advanced juggles like juggling on one foot ... But I probably need to juggle once for a record

I literally have a friend, which is 8 years old, and can do 5,000 juggles. You might think I’m lying, but I’m not. He’s been practicing his entire life.
Do it constantly everyday. Maybe you don't see results now. But think what will happen after 1 month of daily juggling(everyday). You will get the progress anyway

When you juggle with your laces, you can get a backspin more often but with practice you will be able to reduce the backspin
