    This man is a kind of person that changes the world. He decides on a goal and achieves it. Somewhere mid the video I decided to go and just do 50 kick ups. My record was 32 before but it didn't stop me because I already promised myself that I would do it. It took me more than 2 hours straight but I finally did it by juggling 66 times!

    Thanks for making this video... Football always was my weak spot I am so bad at it so I try to avoid playing with others as much as possible so I don't suffer from embarrassing myself and having to think about it 3 years later. I hope to improve applying your techniques... I love your channel

    Ive been trying for like 6 months now and I could only do like 10 in a row with 2 feet and like 18 with 1 foot, maybe because I didn't do my research when I first started. I only trained my main foot which was a bad idea, now Its hard for me to do it with both foot since the weight is on my main foot. Still trying though, Im not giving up until I could do lie 20 with no problems

      It was pretty hard for me to do it. I would either kick it with the wrong part of my feet or too much or too little. I learn that having the right posture and being less frustrated is the key

      ​ ive been playing football for most of my life so 10+ years spent playing the game and i still cant do 20 comfortably. played professionally aswell, and i guess some people are just gifted. I have an amazing touch, but keep ups are not for me.

    Learning to juggle with 3 or 5 balls was easy to learn. Juggling a ball with your feet took me two years. Your foot moves in such a delicate way that it takes a long time to get the right amount. You're a beast man!!!🎉

    I honestly believe he achieved this in such a short period of time because of his coordination from practicing regular juggling with his hands. If you’re starting from scratch and have no juggling experience this will take weeks

    Amazing to see that you have absolutely no control over your legs at the start, and so much control after 8 hours. Well done!
    Next football skill got to be knuckle ball. I've been trying to learn this so I'm curios for how long time it actually takes.

      sindrebv the knuckle ball is easy. run up mostly straight, hit the ball in the middle, and don't follow through.

    I saw this video 3 weeks and 3 days ago and I wanted to try this. It took me 29,5 hours. And the best I have done now is like 88 keepy ups. Before this I couldn't even do 5 keeping ups.

    By doing this you learn to control you're feet and the direction in which the ball goes, good job you nailed it in almost 9 hrs!

      3piCk4c4o ikr the coach just Fucks your legs up, you cry a LOT ( I screamed for 10 seconds then cried for 2-5 minutes every time he broke them) but it's so worth it imo

      Practice more. For me I thought it was impossible to hit 7 , but now it's so easy to hit 10. After 2 weeks. Keeps practicing and keep motivated lad.

      Pauli Kokkonen never played football before saw mikes video and and challenged myself to do 50 keep ups (or kicks ups )
      5 hours in best is 9
      I average 4-5
      Mike being able to do 50 in 8 hours is mind blowing

    I gotta say, as somebody who's always been terrible at footy, and as such missed out on a million opportunities to have fun with friends and strangers with the most played sport in the world, this was inspiring.
    Am I going to go learn keepie ups? Almost definitely not. But it's oddly comforting to know that I may only be 8 hours or so away from being competent enough to not shy away the next time a ball is produced at a picnic and jumpers are transformed into goalposts

      Don't Worry clean-plate + masked out individuals. When you look closely you can see that the lighting and the position of the camera doesn't match up sometimes

      I know someone that has accomplished more than 300, except with her thighs. It's absolutely crazy and everyone is amazed when she says that she can do 300.

    Also left footed, was doing the exact same thing with my right foot in the beginning. After practicing my right foot a bit I got a lot better. Now the most I've done is 85.
