How to Juggle a Soccer Ball: A Guide for Beginners
I have watched so many juggling videos and this is the only one that actually explains what to do with your feet. Thank you so much! It really helps
• aim to create rhythm, avoid reaction
• curling the toe creates backspin
• kick the ball a bit further from the mid point
• relax the upper body
• try to kick the ball higher than your knee
• to gain strength: try to keep the ball in the pocket between the shin and the foot by curling/flexing the foot as you keep your leg suspended in the air
• exert more force when using your weak foot
• replace frustration with focused analysing
• exercise 1: use different parts of the foot
• exercise 2: mini touches (minimal movement of feet and minimal vertical displacement of ball)
• exercise 3: mega touches (high vertical displacement of ball)
-> your weak foot has less strength and flexibility due to less usage. when using it, use more energy and focus till it becomes easier.

I will go back home.(My record before I saw the video:31)I got so mad I could not get a new record.I was doing it for almost 2 hours and could no get a new record. so I looked up a tutorial on how to juggle a soccer ball and this is the video I saw then I was like no way this will work then I realized I wasn’t doing the back spin ever. I just got lucky when I got my first record. So then I tried it and then it took around 15 tries at one point I was about to give up but then I got it. (My new record in juggling the soccer ball:36) thank you so much for making this video.

I do juggling exactly with my laces without backspins and in my height .is there any problem doing like this?
As long as you can keep control. Thats more of a freestyle juggling style to setup for tricks.

Its better than nothing but you do want to practice with a realsitic ball. And real matches are not played with balls lacking air. Do you know what I mean?
