Don't do this, It Broke my phone. I got to the stop where I'm supposed to download the accrual update nothing would show up, So I restarted my phone, Nothing. So I reset my whole phone, I'm stuck on 6.1.3 and cydia and file browser are broke and the other 2 are missing. When I try to redo it, It says it doesn't work my version of ISO.

If it doesn't pop up, try first wiping the phone from the settings app. If all else fails, put it in DFU, and wipe through itunes, then restart the process
I managed to succeed on getting iOS 8.4.1 on my 4s about 6 months ago... it just takes a long time 😂(to download if you have a terrible wifi) ... but now I'm set on iOS 8 which runs pretty decent

Elvin Darwin unfortunately no. But you can use an app called coolbooter in cydia to dualboot any version of iOS 6, 7, 8.
