You can ship anything but it's not gonna be cheap. Japan post had an international shipping rates website. Best bet I think would be to check an extra bag?
woah guitar freaks controller for like five bucks?! I really wanna find me a turntable for beatmania IIDX and get those games, now that I own a Japanese system to play them on. Definitely recommend Dreamcast and Saturn though some amazing libraries on both! like I just imported power stone looking forward to firing it up here soon! (thankfully it seems if you're willing to import a lot of the heavy hitters can be had for a lot less!)
