    SUMMARY:
    - If you’re a fan of marshmallows, then you should know how to keep them soft and tasty. All you have to do is put them in a jar with brown sugar.
    - Want an ice-cream that won’t be a threat to your weight? Just put a stick in a cup of yogurt and let it freeze in the freezer.
    - When you cook pasta, finish it for 1-2 minutes right in the pan with the sauce.
    - Your brown sugar clumped into pieces? A piece of soft white bread will solve the problem. Put it in a jar with the sugar and it’ll break back down into sandy granules in a few hours.
    - The easiest way to peel a kiwi looks like this - chop it off at both sides, take a spoon, and push it in between the fruit and the skin to scoop out the flesh by turning the fruit until all the skin falls off the back of the spoon.
    - If you've cut an avocado in two, save it from turning brown by putting a few drops of lemon juice on the pulp.
    - To make your fresh herbs last longer, store them in the fridge with their stems in a glass of water, like a bouquet of flowers.
    - Want your burgers to cook evenly? Make a small indent in the center of it with your thumb when it's on a grill or a pan.
    - Want to whip cream but have no blender? You can simply shake the cream in a mason jar. But, hey, don't forget to put the lid on!
    - Keep a knife under really hot water for a minute, then dry it with a paper towel if you want to make a clean cut through any sticky dessert like a cheesecake.
    - If you've overcooked chicken and it's too dry, cut up the pieces, add some mayo, some spices, and your favorite veggies.
    - When you cook pancakes, you should watch for the bubbles to appear on them.
    - Crying again while chopping an onion? No more of that! Just cut off the root before you slice it.
    - When you cook something with chili peppers, coat your hands with any vegetable oil to protect the skin.
    - To make perfect sunny-side-up eggs, crack them in a preheated pan coated with oil, then add a bit of warm water, and close the lid for 45 seconds.
    - To whip egg whites faster and better, make sure they’re cold and add just a bit of salt to them before you start the whipping process.
    - Before putting a steak on the skillet, dry it off with a paper towel, ensuring it will caramelize, not steam.
    - Cook whole butternut squash in the microwave for up to 3 minutes. After that, peeling it should be easy.

45: Add a tablespoon of milk in your omellete batter to make it more fluffier.
46: Add salt in water for making the boiling process faster.
47: Add Schezwan sauce while making noodles to make them more tastier.
48: Keep chopped veggies in cold water vessel for a crispy salad.
49: Marinate meat before making any dish. It genuinely doubles the taste.
50: If the food is salty, put a flour ball in the gravy. It will do the job.

51.) Make sure to dry fish completely before cooking it. This will ensure you taste more of the seasoning you use on the fish and not just taste plain watery fish that tastes like seasoning was just slapped on top and never cooked into the fish. Same applies and even moreso for Tofu and if your trying to get color on the tofu. The drier it is before going on the pan the better
52.) Wanna make a healthier ranch out of greek yogurt? Just mix a bit of dill, a container full of plain greek yogurt, salt, black pepper, garlic, onion, paprika, worcestshire, little cayenne if you like, parmersan optionally too, add mustard and a few ice cubes and blend up. Enjoy ^^
53.) Having trouble making vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, zucchini you name it tastier easily and in a healthy way? Just soak your veggies in tea, u could even cook them in tea and you will get a nice flavor on them to enjoy^^

Sometimes onions are just strong and it's hard to keep from crying, but here are couple more tricks that can help: Try refrigerating your onions. This makes them less aromatic while chopping. Also, try putting bread in the roof of your mouth as you chop. Weird, but it helps!

+Max M Remembering number 1 may not be that difficult actually, but remembering 17 (just picking a random number somewhere in the middle) could be a bit tricky. It's called the serial position effect.

To cook a perfect hard cooked egg in the shell, let eggs sit out of fridge overnight. Put eggs in pan for one layer and cover with room temp water. Place full pan over med hi flame...or electric heat, bring to a boil. When boiling, turn down to bubbling simmer. Start timing, exactly 8 minutes. Remove from heat, drain off hot water, cover with cold...tap, water. Change to mire gold if that water warms up. Usually perfectly cooked with no green or black coating on the yolks. If any extra large eggs don't look quite done when shelled, Next time, put only thatbsuze in the pan and cover with water.mtry letting the large eggs sit in the hot water after 8 minutes cooking time for Judy one more minute. The use cold tap water to cool as quick as possible. If needing a bunch for salads, when you drain off first rinse water, shake and bounce the eggs in the pan,, not you hard shake or too soft bounce, don't want to break up the eggs. The peeling may also be easier and will be faster for a bunch of eggs. 8 minutes of med to low boil, exactly.

To not cry while slicing onions, slice the top and bottom off the onion then hold it under cold water for a few seconds. Voila...you can now chop an onion without crying.
