Buy sweet peppers depends on the use .Stuffed you want crisp square to stand full in pan. Other wise like if to cut it into meals that does not matter. firm yes is what you want unblemished not any rot.

It's a bit embarassing to see a channel I thought was super truthful and reliable spreading negativity around artificial flavourings and colourings. Most of these are harmless and come from plants, and chemicals. Everything you eat is a chemical. You are made up of chemicals. Not all things artificial are bad. Besides that great video, just please stop fear mongering over harmless chemicals. These things are humans progression to creating products which are more sustainable and last longer, creating less food waste and better tasting products.
