  • Your challenge should you choose to accept it: find a surface (flat or elevated) where you can do 10 pushups in perfect form. THEN practice as many as you can at a lower level, again in PERFECT form, until you can achieve 10. Repeat these 2 sets every day until you get to 10 at the lower level. Want another challenge? Do this again with the lower level as your new baseline and find a LOWER level to work on! Keep going!
