Love the N’s however can’t afford one rn so ima wait 3 years when the major refresh comes for the Elantra n and I’ll go ahead and buy it hopefully it comes with the 2.5L or RWD
Owned a 2020 VZ 2022 EN 2022 KN and a 2023 EN Kona was my favorite just for over all comfort and getting in and out of. At times it felt more playful to.
Fellow N enthusiast here. You have a striking resemblance to someone that used to help me fix my cars that I would always break. Did your father ever serve in the USAF?
@@RobTheNthusiast I got ya. Well even if we aren’t connected through old acquaintances, we are connected through our amazing taste in cars! Thank you for the content, keep it coming!
The Kona is the ultimate sleeper you should see some of the faces of the electric and muscle cars/trucks I keep up with or pull on in the Kona n stock.
@KonaNthusiast how can you race when the dynamics of an suv aren't really suited for racing?? Normally suvs are only really associated with off roading
@@aussiefurbymogwaifan6621 I’m not sure Hyundai does it but it’s definitely some wizardry going on there lol. Technically speaking, it’s a compact suv, so it’s nothing more than a Veloster N that’s stretched out some and lifted. It doesn’t weigh much, so as long as you have a really good track setup on the car, it will handle pretty well. Check out my video of this car on track at VIR
@KonaNthusiast haven't really seen or heard of a "veloster n"? But still isn't as cool as the sedans tbh (like the back end of yours for example, I actually find to be kind of meh and dosen't have the coolness and the aggressiveness of the back ends of the sedans styling)
@KonaNthusiast do you think hyndai will ever bring out a ute/truck N?? (And the design needs have something done so people can still add a bull bar to it) Like how kia are releasing the "tasmin ute"??
I agree with you 100% on the Elantra N, 2024 front >2022-23 front and 2022-23 rear > 2024 rear...but KN rims are THEE best of the bunch (I'm biased BUT correct😇) I see you in the 2024 at some point, maybe someone will swap rear bumpers with you💡🤞🙏
Agreed haha, I love our wheels best. I do think the 2024 Elantra N wheels look pretty good too and they’re much lighter. I’ll probably repaint the bumper or find a junk yard to get the bumper from
@@RobTheNthusiast I don’t know if i30n was the first because koreas market got the VN as well so you’d think the one on there home turf would be developed first I could be wrong tho cause I think the i30 chassis might have already been done before they gave it the N treatment
@@johnnyappleseed9568 yeah maybe so. From my understanding, the i30 N was the first WRC car for Hyundai and that’s what pushed them to make the i30 N for consumers
I love my veloster n. Stock tune, downpipe, exhaust, intercooler and oil cooler. The cat responds well to handling mods, mine has camber bolts and a rear sway bar. Wheel hop is cured with engine mounts. Stock for stock it's as quick as a 5.7 challenger and will out brake and out handle it. While still getting 30 mpg highway.
@@jsandy44 no problem but yeah just fuel injectors, but it’s happened to me more than most owners. You should be fine, I haven’t heard of anybody with 2023s having issues
I test drove all three after 6 months of looking I got my 22Elantra N with 2900 miles on it last week
Nice!! Hope you’re enjoying it
But elantra is great tho but veloster n in manual is greatness
I love all of them
lol same, they’re all so awesome in their own respective way
