Here in Brazil the SL model is about U$30.000.00. I just have got SV (CVT) white diamond for U$24.000,00. With that money I suppose to get an Altima V6 in US...

You said that they added a 1.8L engine instead of using a 2.0L. That size of engine is not new. Previous models uses this size of engines as well as the 2.0L.

Just got to test drive the 2013 Sentra. I spent months day-dreaming about getting one, but after the test-drive: No thanks! Love the car, but the responsiveness of the CVT put me off. Critics complained about the sluggish acceleration. I figured it wouldn't be so bad, but yes, it IS sluggish. I don't want a car that can make it to the moon in 5.7, but I just felt a bit short on power at times, non-eco mode. Inside, there's lots of room front and back, but the center console is way too far behind

I own one, and really love it. But there is one thing that just pisses me off. It's the windshield washer spray. I've been to two dealers, and tried it myself. But there isn't anyway to adjust it properly. And it seems that the passenger side gets more liquid than the driver side. Except for that, I love the car. Having known this before buying. I'm not sure if I still would have bought it. Amazing how something that seems so insignificant can ruin the driving experience of a car?

Just got that car, and I think your review is a bit biased. Quiet car? No. It's a very comfortable car though. Maybe it's the fact that I almost have the lowest model possible, but these ugly ass wood panels that I seem to see in reviews, I don't have that in my car, it's mostly black leather and grey/black cloth. Sport mode is useless for a manual transmission like mine, but eco mode does change the mpg.
