Hey my man. Been using your pre stretch videos for unstretchy people and loving them. Could you make a complete work out video for obese men? I’ve been bigger my entire life and it’s a struggle to lose it. I know it starts in the kitchen and then the gym. So started in the kitchen and now I’m doing home workouts and walking everyday. Some exercises can be bad for bigger people to do cause we hurt ourselves. Like my knees every time I start trying to run for cardio. So if there is a video already out there let me know! If not it would awesome to see one!
Thankyou for sharing this advice. I've incorporated many of your stretching exercises into my daily life and the effects have been transformational. I now walk much taller, and my back is so much stronger. And I just generally feel much better in myself. I'm a "youthful" 68 year old, still able to run around with my grandchildren, many thanks. You are my first port of call for any tweaks I have.
Oh this totally means the world to me, @stephenbrown1077! I'm thrilled to hear that you're doing so well and that you have such a powerful motivation to stay fit and healthy. Those grandkids are blessed to have you. Thanks for your support and for commenting. 🙏🏼
Very helpful I had a whiplash injury that impacted posture and this looks promising. Will follow up with update Update: these exercises plus some from other videos on this channel have worked surprisingly well. Suffered from vertigo deep spasm in my sub, occipital, cognitive issues, brain fog and vision issues and often times couldn’t be vertical without my head, supported for prolong periods of time without getting very woozy. Laying on the foam roller the 36 inch one and doing all of those exercises. In addition to the strengthening exercises basically remove 90% of my symptoms. I have also been doing the towel roll on the wedge when I sleep at night and bought a heated device to lay on 15 minutes a day to help support my neck curve, but I went from being woozy all day long for years to basically eliminating most of it I’m honestly stunned. Incorporating these routine items has given me a lot of my life back. I’m only 33 but I spent two years in bed with this injury. Working on this with my physical therapist and I’m looking forward to future gains Thanks a lot. I spent years doing physical therapy and going to doctors everywhere and they would give me wall angels and other exercises, but nobody had me using an neckroll or using a wedge or using a neck roller and other exercises to open up my chest and back instead only isolated strengthening I’m really grateful. My wife is emotional because I can now go on long family walks and play with the kids without having to take breaks because of the vertigo. Seriously, I can’t. Thank you enough.
Your video's are the absolute best. I learn so much from them, and you make it so easy to participate with very little resources needed. Keep up the good work, really appreciated. ❤
Try rotating your chest forward. Your ribcage should be facing down and not flair out, which sometimes is done to compensate for your neck being forward
Same with me, I've found the only real way to get rid of that is weight loss. Calorie deficit and cardio with weight training works, but it takes patience.
These are wonderful for my shoulders. Do you have any exercises for scoliosis pain? Painful to walk. Might get 20 ro 25 ft before I have to stop and bend forward to separate my vertebrae. Help if you can.
Absolutely, @sasukeee-fr! Just search "Tone and Tighten Posture" here on UA-cam and I have quite a few videos that could help you out. I hope they help you! Thanks for commenting.
I feel I found an ever better (much better) exercise: straighten out your neck (standing) by trying to bringing the back of your head up as much as you can, or while pushing against it with your hand
Mahalo! Great techniques for hump and exercises will help begin reverse upper cross syndrome & tech neck. Chin forward or looking down for too long or too frequently is no good anterior upper muscles get tight while the posterior upper back muscles get weak. Aloha😊
I’ve watched a couple of your videos on knee pain, but I can’t get a direct answer towards my problem.I’ve had pain in the lower part of my knee for the last couple days. I believe it’s been caused by all the kneeling I do and it really hurts, whenever I bend my knee with no weight it’s fine, but if I try to extend it or put weight on it when bending it’s incredibly painful. It’s slowly gotten worse and the pain feels like it’s right at the bottom of my kneecap, I can also touch it without any pain whatsoever it’s only when moving
hi i had pain in my knee for years , i recently got a appointment with physio therapist i was assigned with exercises to do for 3 months and they really helped.i also got a explanation for the pain and how to prevent it from occurring again .
i have a very bad neck hump and i’m only 21 😭 it looks so bad and my neck is constantly in pain, i feel like it’s at the point where i can’t fix it myself.
I have multiple sclerosis, so I am unable to get down to the floor. My shoulders and neck are hunched from having to use a walker. I've begun to try walking with a cane rather than the walker. I need some really good exercises to straighten out and strengthen my body to be able to stand up straight! Any suggestions for this condition?
It might be worth it for you to purchase a good massage table so that you don't have to get up from the floor. Even if you could possibly try one at someone's home or office. I'm looking at the same exercises thinking I would need to have a table so I wouldn't need to stress my knees and wrists to get back up.
Hi I'm suffering from long time scoliosis one side effect I'm feeling so uncomfortable now my left side head to toe straight TMJ, neck hump, uneven shoulders hip right leg short and left long 😢please exsersies I visited so many chiropractors but few days I feel better but after few days same problems come back please help me thanks. Please reply ASAP
I’m not a doctor but I would say is normal. Younger generations spend a lot of time looking down (computer, reading, phone), so I would say is normal the body changes. I’m on my 20’s and most of the people I know have this hump 😔
These exercises look all well and good, but maybe your missing the fact that nearly all people with this condition are at any age we're they are no longer able to carry out this routine due to immobility.
Great question, @rosewalisiak154! "Kyphosis" is typically in reference to the curvature of the upper back (thoracic spine). This neck hump issue typically develops as a result of a forward "hinging" neck right on top of the thoracic spine. Treated similarly but different for best results. I hope that helps! Thanks for commenting. (FYI I do have a few videos on my channel to correct kyphosis as well!)

The problem with fixing a neck hump for me is the appearance of double chin..now I have a problem in the front instead of the back yk?
