how to have seperate email apps for personal and work email account on android, before we used to have 1 app called office ( used as outlook for work) and outlook for personal. now it combines work and personal email in same app and we can navigate the inbox which i feel not safe for keeping work and personal emails in the same app.

Hi Kevin, My kid is using a Samsung S6 lite 10.4 inch for school. I understand that we need to buy 365 subscription for the tablet for editing and creating documents. But for subscription is very expensive. Is there any discount that we can get for school going children.? If so please guide on how to go about it.

I am from the Philippines and I bought the new Samsung Tab S7+. It does not come with Microsoft Office for free. The app is installed, but you need to upgrade to premium to use it. When I open one file it automatically goes to "Read-only" mode. This is disappointing, I bought the tab knowing it comes with Microsoft. I was going to use the tab as substitute for my PC, but I can't even use it for simple editing of Word, Excel and Powerpoint docs.
Downloaded app o Chromebook. Have a Microsoft free account. Uploaded xlsx doc to its Excel. It is shown as "Read Only" and says I need a subscription to Axis 360 to edit. NOT FREE
just one problem it does not work on Android sadly when you try to use it from the Google Play Store you have to have a 365 subscription

I haven't personally used Numbers before, although if you've used Excel on desktop before, you should be able to catch on pretty quickly. It's in active development so lots of additional functionality coming soon.

Yes, export your Numbers files as Excel. Same with Pages to Word, and Keynote to PowerPoint. On an iPhone open the Numbers document. In the upper right click the three circle containing three dots, then choose Export. There you have options for PDF, Excel, CSV, TSV, and Numbers Template.

Hi. Great video thanks. I use Dropbox for work and my personal folders. When I use the Microsoft Office App on my iPhone and go to 'Actions' and then to 'Sign a PDF', it doesn't give me the choice to access my Dropbox from there. I have given it permission and I can see it there but it is not available to click on. I could be missing something simple but can't figure it out. Cheers

It's because office for mobile is free only for devices under 10.1". You need MS 365 for bigger screens. I use it without problems on my 8.3" tablet...
Use another app that is free. you can try WPS office.

No, the free version for Microsoft Office is not working in 12.4 inch Samsung Tab S7+ running android 10. It is saying to edit and save in Tab S7+ (12.4 inch Samsung Tablet running Android 10), a Microsoft 365 subscription is required. Every time when I open Word, it is asking to pay for Office 365 subscription.

I rarely use office because of my documents have already been done. All I need is to update my templates, every now and then, I don't need to pay monthly for a document that I open 3-6 times a year, to PRINT!!!
There are many Android apps that are only able to READ Office documents; maybe that's what you really need.
