So my ex and I have been broken up for 2 months and it was a toxic breakup… I’ve begged and pleaded and pretty much have done everything in the book to get her back… she says things that hint at her feelings towards me, yet denies having any and says that we will not be together again. However, she said that we could meet up on Memorial Day weekend and that if I didn’t contact her for some time, maybe she’d actually miss me… it’s so hard to not contact her, because I feel lonely and I’m afraid that she’s moving on to other people even though she says she isn’t. What the hell should I do and do I have a chance?

I broke up with him and then when he said bye, I started pleading and begging, and I don’t know why, but he has not responded at all to me.. how can I fix this?
@Coach Clay how are you supposed to show you have changed when you are in no contact? My ex is 53 and does absolutely no social media. And we have no mutual friends. I'm in day 31 if no contact. Should I wait after day 60 to contact him again? I did do the pleading and showing up for about 2 months. We were together for 4 years and engaged.

Guys..if the only way thiis work is if the person is deeply in love with you..whne the love is deep it dont take long for forgivenss especially if there was no cheating or beating....if the person hasnt responded in three weeks..move on..
I dated my crush for about one month in August. We both had a crush on the other. BUT we aren't allowed to date bcauze of his position in army n mine.. He is a commander n its forbidden to date me. So we stopped dating .. But i couldn't handle it as I saw a lot between us.. We had a Gr8 chemistry..n he acted not very clear so I started fighting.. Texted a lot of emotional stuff.

What if I broke up with her because she was hanging out with a guy to much after I told her I wasn’t okay with it. They’re friends that’s it now I know that but I tired to get back and she said she wanted to take it slow and try but not as a couple. So it confused me and I begged and chased her for 2 weeks even telling her I would give her space and coming back the next day did that twice. Before the official break up I broke up with her 2 times in two week for same reason I think I was trying to get a reaction. Anyways yesterday she said she needed to set boundaries and I finally said it sounds like she needed more space and she was just afraid to say it so I Said I will give her space and respect it and wish her the best.
