just an encouragement to you 🙋♀️ I am 70 and 22 yrs into my PPMS journey..in a wheelchair and yada yada♥️ enough said..BUT..🙋♀️..I have been trying to figure out a way to get on the floor and get back up safely..soooo..watching alot...lol..of your videos..has given me some crazy ideas...LOL! today..I DID IT! I am so happy and wanted to say thank you and that you have inspired me to do things within my own safe zones but to also give some things a try and think outside the box 🌻 God Bless you 🌹
I am soo very happy for you both in this adventure and sister support 💜🤙 with you forever Tanelle ❤✌ keep on keeping on and as always much love from Nova Scotia 😘
So cool! Missed this, so now I’m four days behind. Will try to catch up! Suggestion: since I’m facing you it’s easier and more clear if I “mirror” your moves, especially re spine twisting pose and other cross-over poses. So, I have to mentally “switch” the instructions re left hand and right leg, etc. My Bikram yoga instructor was so good that he did this for us, but for starters you could consider “east” and “west” to make it easier to work out for viewers. Or nevermind - we’ll figure it out. We’re adaptable, right??!!
Great video ladies! Which one of you badass ladies took down the abominable snowman to make that rug? Or was it a team effort!😂 Keep up the fantastic work 👍👍💪💪😁😎❤️!
Hello 😊 First of all, I wish you a great New Year 👍 I will follow your adventure in thé yoga. I am a half time wheelchair user and I have been thinking a lot about stretching a little and your video just popped on your UA-cam 😉 Count me in 👍 Thanks and take care, Natalie
If it isn't too personal, what do you mean by hardware, one of you has it and the other doesn't? I wanted to thank you for this new series, I have been wondering if I can do yoga without being able to stand. I just have to figure out how to get on the floor and back up. I don't have an injury like you do but I am slowly losing feeling in my legs and lower back, still trying to diagnose me, by slowly I mean over the past 10+ years. I have watched your video on how to get into the chair from the floor I am just still struggling with this task. Again, thank you. PS:: I am an islander too. I didn't know you were from here..... or are you just visiting? PSS:: Thank you Sierra!
The sheepskin rug is what I use to prevent pressure sores on the low pile carpet below. It works perfect for my yoga. Thick yoga mats that would stop pressure ulcers are costly and too heavy for me to move from room to room.

Do you use assistance to get up off the floor into a chair?
Glad to hear the videos are helping.
@@ProTipsForParas Yes, my husband helps. As much as possible though I try not to end up on the floor hehehe.
OMG my fine nerves (in overdrive because of my disease) are going nuts: but in a good way. Thanks!
I am from Pakistan, I also have red border problem, at which level is the red border broken?
Nice job ladies
Thank you Keri :) Happy New Year!
Mine is the c6 c7 per shell of a firearm with burn in the marrow
That rug looks quite comfortable, but quite impractical for yoga, I guess. Anyway, really nice to watch :)

See you replaced your cushion with a stimulite one, great cushions....
Yes, definitely like this cushion better! Now I need two of them so that when one is wet and drying I can still move lol
