I think I flew on that plane once. It was a combination freight hauler and passenger plane out of anchorage. I flew to cold bay and Adak Alaska once, yeah find that on a map it's close to Russia where the Japanese landed during world war 2. Did anyone else notice the name on the side Reeves Aleutian on the other Reeves Illusion the Brits have humor.
ok, I know this was a while back and would have been nice if these were in order but I am confused officially, Didn't they sell a few water bombers a few episodes ago and also go shopping for a few that were ready to go and now there going to England to find one. So what happened to the ones they went to go look at that were already to fight fires?
God dammit the narrator pisses me off C46 amazing airplane it did the job is built to do all this talk about it being so hard to fly but yeah cause it was built to be heavy and big and land in places nothing that size can do… things a beauty thank u c46…… I want to watch full episodes of ice pilots without the narrator that person yapping with that voice would be erased and maybe someone with aviation knowledge could guide you along if you lost Fucking frustrating sometimes
