- Young pilots AJ and Andrew get the chance of a lifetime to fly the magnificent DC-3 specially equipped with skis to land on frozen strips. It’s up to Chief Pilot Arnie to guide them in the lost art of taking off and landing on skis as they fly to a remote lake and land on the thinning ice. Meanwhile, tension mounts as Buffalo’s contract for the Mackenzie Valley food mail service is up for renewal, and Rod balances tricky personnel issues with preparing for the arrival of his first child.

🌞WHAT A BRILLIANT PILOT ARNIE IS ...AND THE OTHER PILOTS ARE AWESOME ALSO..💂🙏
Thats why i only have time in time out. If they work over its overtime, plain and simple. Once your employees get in a routine and it is set. Then that's what you have.
I probably installed those same skis on porky Orville Weibens (Superior Airways) DC-3 in 1971 in thunder Bay.
cool wish i was there
I dont think you is a very good boss, too much anger

Time cards are antiquated BS time tracking procedures. Let each employee fill out his/her own time log sheet and sign it. There'll be little or no cheating. Doing timecard checks by management is crap, only done because they can do it to show who's in charge. My last 14 years of working I never had to punch a time card. Before that for 8-10 years mainly just a formality, Buffalo Air needs to climb out of the Stone Age of records keeping.
As I watch I'm hoping Kelle quits.
Joe should shuffle off into retirement or off to Buffalo.
I miss that man heart felt believe me
Arnie Wright I know what I'm right
