    I read on someone else’s site about the cauliflower they offered a tip that I thought was so cool: going to try it next time. You out the cauliflower through a juicer and use the pulp!!! Brilliant! If you have a juicer!

    I made it by juicing the cauliflower with
    my Omega juicer. It turned out wonderful! Thanks so much.

      Thank you so much for watching, yes I also make it with different peppers 🤗 or ingredients because It's one of my favorites and I have to switch the flavor to keep it interesting 😋. Glad you enjoyed it 😊.

      Sorry meant rice paper 😂.

    To make it lectin free…switch out the peppers for jicama or celery….very thin long slices😃
    Thank you for the recipe!!!

    I use vegan cream cheese to bind the cauliflower, but I'll try the tahini

    Hi darling Rosie, thanks a bundle for yogis gourmet recipe! 💥💥💥 Question, what’s your food processor and who’s it by? I have failed to find a great food processor😫. Yours looks perfecto👌🏼

      Claire Davis Thank you 🙏 , It’s 9 cup Cuisinart with a heavy cast iron base. The ones with the heavy base are usually the good ones oppose to the plastic light weight ones 👍👌.

    Interesting video. I recommend a glove to go with that cutter. After a deep gash in my thumb from using it that sent me to urgent care for stitches I'll never not use my glove with my slicer.

      +radicalaccounting Thank you for reminding me how sharp and dangerous it can be, I guess I totally forgot when i just bought it how dangerous it can be when getting use to it. I just updated the video by adding a note with a warning during the part were I talk about the heart peeler :-).

    What else can we use instead of Tahini butter to make cauliflower rice sticky?

  • @underthethings
    @underthethings 8 років тому +1

    Aaaaawww! Sooo goood!
    But if I don't what nori?
    What I can use?

    • @LivingRawwithRosie1
      @LivingRawwithRosie1  8 років тому

      +underthethings I also use to not like nori but I needed to get my iodine in a natural way and learned to love it, especially this brand it's less fish tasting. You can try spring rolls made from rice pulp or rice paper, I also use colored greens... just can't cut them the same, you have to eat them whole :-).

      Yummy I must try them and thank you for sharing, I will look for them next time I go to a whole foods, Im sure they are Vegan if they are made with soy :-).

      Keto people can use cream cheese as tahini high carb...2tbls is 6.4 gms whereas cream cheese is 2tbls 1.2 gms carb.

    Thanks! I thought I recognized you and I realize you look so much like one of the women from this season of 60 Days In, the television reality show. You should check it out to see if you agree that you look a lot like one of the women that was on it. She was really sweet, pretty and rather religious. She must be your doppelganger.

    Did you cook the cauliflower first?

    • @LivingRawwithRosie1
      @LivingRawwithRosie1  7 років тому +4

      Makeup by Joz No it's completely raw, new trick is to add a little salt before straining in the nut bag, will strain and release liquid faster 👍.

    cant u just put rice vinegar to make it sticky? iv seen some people say the rice vinegar makes it sticky

    • @LivingRawwithRosie1
      @LivingRawwithRosie1  7 років тому +1

      Great idea I will try it on my next sushi recipe I make, I'm sure the vinegar will also help release a lot of the liquid out of the cauliflower while milking it out of the nut bag... can't wait to try thanks!
