i guess Im asking the wrong place but does anyone know a tool to get back into an instagram account? I was stupid lost the password. I love any tips you can offer me
Recently i found out im pregnant for the first time at 16. shortly after I found your channel. I absolutely love your videos! They help me get by and not feel so alone. Because im so young, i have no support but you help me so much. Thank you so much.
You are never alone and you will be an amazing mother. Sometimes what life has in mind for us isn’t always what we planned and there will be tough times, but put your baby first and you’d be surprised on what you can accomplish. I wish you a healthy pregnancy and you got this!! ❤️❤️
love this thank you so much! I am in my 1st trimester, 1st baby and I AM EXHAUSTED! I never knew what tired was until now. And realized how many harmful things we put in our bodies until now
I’m 9 weeks pregnant with my first and I TOTALLY RELATE! I feel so tired all the time and I quit drinking coffee and I am tired two hours after waking up! I also am craving junk food and cold items.
We have the same story including the part of finding love and the teen pregnancy and all 💕 my husband took my daughter as her own and we are currently expecting our first 💕 ( 23 weeks ) So excited to watch your videos just because I relate .
You have such a calming presence and I love your content. I’m so happy I found your channel a few weeks ago! My husband and I are also preparing to try for a baby this year so these videos have perfect timing lol! All the best with your pregnancy 😊❤️
I watched this video before having my second baby and it did really help me to see the differences i could make by making better healthier choices. Thank you.
Been following your IG account for yearsss and I am SO excited for this new chapter in your family’s life! ❤️ wishing you a safe & happy rest of your pregnancy🙏🏼
I figured out yesterday you had this channel! Love following you on instagram but here is also special. Congratulations on your new baby ❤ You have a beautiful family!
I'm so happy for you! Can't wait to find out the gender and hear name ideas! Xo I definitely think nowadays we can be overly cautious. While it's good to be healthy the majority of the time, I don't think there's anything wrong with giving in to temptation. I have 5 kids. All of my pregnancies were different, the only thing I noticed was that I was sicker with my boys and had more food adversions. With my 4th child (2nd boy) I had the weirdest food adversion yet... I could NOT stand meat. I couldn't stand the smell, the taste, the thought... It was like everything with protein was nasty to me and made sick for hours if I ate it. I'm a huge meat eater, especially beef (don't need anyone's opinion on that either lol) so for me to be put off meat was crazy. Meat, peanut butter, eggs, nuts - didn't want any of it. This lasted the entire pregnancy and about 4 months post partum... I was practically vegan. With my last baby I lost a lot of weight. I was slightly overweight but over all at the end of the pregnancy I had lost 26lbs from my starting weight. No clue why and the doctor wasn't happy about it. Lol
Oh and with baby #2 - she was due late summer and I was drinking so much water I actually ended up in the hospital with water toxicity/water poisoning. I never even knew that could even happen. It's very dangerous and a horrible experience.
So funny how different countries have different advice for pregnancy food - I know in France the cheese thing is a lot less strict, and have heard many doctors say one wine maybe 1-2 x a week is ok for “reducing stress” - maybe this is old school
No, France included, alcohol is a big no while pregnant. As for the cheese, we have pasteurized and unpasteurized, unlike in the us that’s why it seems less strict. Only pasteurized cheese is acceptable pregnant
Im so excited for you! We are on the same track I think but you're a little ahead. I had the same cravings, and nausea happen. The having something in your stomach all the time is soo helpful. Good luck and congrats again
I threw up constantly during my pregnancy... it got so bad I was severely dehydrated that I would need iv fluids at the hospital every week. Snacking often didn’t help... cuz anything that went in came back out including water. Wrist bands didnt help. Vitamin b didn’t help nor did ginger. Nothing. I had Hg so I was put on zofran and reglan the whole pregnancy. I remember the first 25 weeks were the ROUGHEST. I threw up so often that my throat would bleed and I developed an eating phobia from the constant throw up
Food aversions can definitely stay afterwards, same for cravings. I NEVER drank milk or ate diary products because I had an I tolerance that made me puke ...until I got pregnant. To this day I love diary, crave it and have never vomited diary products since. I’m 5 months post- portum!
My food aversions currently are onions, garlic and carrots. It literally tastes entirely different from before! I cannot stand it and I used to love it 😟
The no-no list of foods is funny how country specific they are. In Finland ginger is off-limits as it's harmful for normal fetal development. 😳 This is a new thing here too, just few years old addition.
- Take vitamin B6 for nausea, it was a game changer for me. I didn't have HG but threw up even bananas lol. - Read Emily Oster's book "Expecting Better". As a nervous first time mom, it really helped me calm down. She gives the data regarding what to worry about, and what to skip worrying about. - This video is pretty sweet too:)
I have hyperemesis this pregnancy and lemme tell you im in my 2nd trimester i have to drink tons of water to stay hydrated im on medication and on a diet to help gain weight. i lost 10 pounds in only a couple days during early pregnancy do to throwing up 5 to 7 times a day i couldnt eat literally anything without vomiting it was horrific. i still puke alot in the mornings and i have to be careful what i eat but my meds are helping me alot i went from 123 pounds pre pregnancy to 129 basically 130 a couple days after i found out (3 weeks and 4 days is when i found out) to 118 shortly after. im now 14 weeks and just now hit 120.
Things that have worked with hyperemesis for me (approved by my OB) - eating only what im craving avoiding what makes me nauseous - taking zofran twice a day - drinking ALOT of water with small meals - carbonated drinks have alot and OB gave me the ok - eating small meals of what im craving
I had a meat aversion in the first trimester with my son. Chicken and beef were my worst enemy. But I loved fish and shrimp (limiting how much shrimp I ate lol) I loved junk too 😅
Just a FYI sushi rice carries a lot of bacteria and that's why it's not recommend to eat while pregnant cause of the temperature, obviously most pregnant woman are fine like yourself but it's definitely risky eating it if you don't make it yourself 🌼
Where I live (Finland) it's crazy how much people adore sauna even during pregnancy. Apparently they used to even give birth in saunas sometimes. Personally heard what you also say: no sauna or hot tub. Strange to see what is a huge no in some countries and an absolute yes in others. 😅
So happy for you guys, sending lots of love💖 P.s. Lol super random, but I got scared during the part in the video that got dark. I thought it was a commercial from youtube (like a scary movie trailer, or one of those murder docs) , but then I heard your voice and I calmed down🙈😂
I also thought the same thing with my twins 13 years ago and my youngest 10 years ago I never had any nausea or morning sickness…..now 10 weeks with baby 4 I have had nausea and food aversions 🤮 and I am sooo exhausted if I don’t get some caffeine and I try to more than here and there but man I’m not sure if it’s my age or what but this pregnancy is was more rough than my others
My doctor said that sparkling water counts as caffeine and you can have up to 2 glasses a day, provided you don't have caffeine from other source (coffee, tea, other beverages etc)
also not sure what your OB was smoking when she told you that bath temps dont matter they do actually extremely hot baths or showers raise your blood pressure which is dangerous in pregnancy so its recommended to take luke warm baths and showers around 100 degrees F. if you take too hot of a bath in early pregnancy it can also cause complications with brain development leading to brain that isnt completely formed. it also puts you at risk for miscarriage. Anything hotter than 100 is way to hot and puts you at a pretty high risk for serious complications. so not sure wth your OB was saying clearly was very new at her job.
Im from Finlandia (where sauna was invented) and here it has been normal for many many years to use saunas even when pregnant... Fun fact: not too long ago women used to give birth in suanas 😀 its curious to see how ppl fear saunas in the world..
Acrylic and gel nails, dip, etc are full of chemicals and our nails are very absorbent. Also, if you are not doing them yourself you are likely in a salon with chemical fumes.
I'm 21 weeks with my first. My biggest food aversion in the first trimester was meat.. it has stuck until now 😅 Lol this baby and I are vegetarian. He also makes me dislike soda
Ngl, if I got pregnant (without the knowledge of this now) I would have been eating sushi everyday too. Its gonna be so dang hard if I ever do get pregnant.. cause I eat sushi every week 😅
Japanese women don’t stop eating sushi. I probably wouldn’t eat low end or grocery store sushi- but going to a reputable Japanese restaurant you’re fine.
