- This video is only a demonstration for search and rescue , to show the ability to fly , hover and even land in water safely with the extra power available of my own designed turbo engine . Inanda dam South Africa Dec. 2016
Produced and flown by Arthur Gemperle Thanks for watching
Music : Standard UA-cam licence
The efficiency and speed certainly makes this one of the most sophisticated search and rescue efforts
Well done Arthur !
Arthur that is a cool exercise with the Helicopter. I have landed in slush on top of ice but never in a foot of water! Keep your adventures coming. They are highly entertaining.
Well done Arthur. You certainly pushing the limits in you Rotor way.
thanks for taking me along for that awesome flight
Wow! Impressive! Not just a fun flying machine but extremely useful in rescue situations! Great flying!
Awesome action filled video demonstrating your RotorWay's amazing power and ability! I really enjoyed this, thanks for posting
again... I say... Its Not just Arthur's incredible Rotars!! its Arthur the Magnificent Pilot Flying them!!
by far the Best Pilot I have ever flown with! and I have flown with Many! Arthur can do things with His Chopper and Gyro that others say is insane and Not Possible! This Amazing Pilot deserves More Credit and Exposure for His Talents and achievements. I am Hoping to get another Oppertunity to fly out with Him for the second time! well done Arthur
Wow Awesome footage and great piloting .
Go piloting Arthur and a good video. I love all of your videos.
excellent footage again , great shots , your rotorway is really performing superbly and reliably my friend , keep them coming
Great footage and variety of angles Arthur, and brilliant skills!
I never thought that was possible, well done
Awesome demonstration of almost endless possibility's with your helicopter
Amazing footage Arthur. Well done.
Getting your feet wet...View over the dam wall rocks! Nice flying
awesome footage and moves, great pilot techniques
Awesome helicopter, awesome pilot skills!
great channel!
Great video, well done and understandable. Thanks.
Awesome video of your Rotorway Exec. You should install water landing floats on the landing skids. Fly safe.
Pilot has guts and skills to land in water
Very good pilot skill shown here
Wow you are a super Pilot !
Endless posibilitys with awesome flying
Amazing!
Arthur, Arthur, Arthur how come you landed in water could you not keep it up, well done.
useful information on search and rescue techniques... Also a very stylish way to arrive at inanda dam.
Thanks for the comment , but if you want some real good information please watch my video : Top 10 piston engine helicopters altitude performance . Enjoy
Good demonstration of abilities
incredible skills great landing
Gutes Video!

That man enjoys his toy!
Quite a daring venture especially if you can only estimate the depth of the water and the gradient of the bed. I am curious to know why more power is required to hover over water. Is it because water offers less resistance to the down force of the propellers ???
The water depth and ground surface was carefully checked before landing by Steven . The down force of the air creates waves or ripples in the water , the air is being recirculated in the rotor down force system . To create waves one needs power and that power is lost on the helicopter.
That is very impressive. Is this something typical for search rescue i.e. submerging your skids? i love your design on the helicopter.
It is only for a demonstration to show the ability to land practically anywhere if necessary to help some one.
Most relevent comment is how much is price?????
Like a pro think we need to make a crazy one
very cool. why changes the weather from top view to side view so quickly?
There is no weather change both shots taken at the same time only different camera angle
Very nice helicopter
I have to ask... what is the issue with the helio flying over water??? Does the water not let the air from the prop push as hard as land??? or is it a different charge ???

Thanks Arthur , that makes more since to me explained that way.
Nice 👌👍👍👍
Awesome awesome awesome!!!
Awesome
How much did you buy this for and how many man hours went into building it.
Thanks for watching. It took me 2000 hr. to build it including all my modifications, I have spend so far about $ 80 000 for everything. If you like to see more please watch my videos: ua-cam.com/users/arthurgemperlevideos
Wow👍
Is that an e600 talon
Hi Matthew No it is a 162 F with my own designed intercooled turbo engine .Please watch the incredible performance on my video :

How many hours have you now on your rotorway?
Thanks for watching my video. I have flown with my own Rotorway 500 Hr. and have many records on her.
sorry the video answered my question at the end.

Its cost around 150,00000pakistani rupees
A new kit is about $ 100 000 but you have to build it yourself
A used Helicopter with low hours is about $ 50 000
