My weak hips were wrecking my left knee, after I had a pinched nerve, following a strained lower back. I've had difficulty walking for weeks. I have to tell you that after months of struggling, your exercises hit the nail on the head. I immediately felt the stress shift from the knee to the hips, and even on day two I feel relief for the first time in months. How many reps should one do as beginner
About 10 should do for some of these but try to feel it out it should be difficult but mangaablr if it's too much u stop you want to feel the burn not burn alive haha
