What's For Breakfast! 3 Easy Breakfast Recipe Ideas

**** Pulled Pork Hash and Eggs ****
1/4 C Butter
2 C Pulled Pork
1 Potato - Sliced
1 Bell Pepper - diced (any color)
1 Bunch of Scallions - chopped
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1/2 tsp Onion Powder
1/2 tsp Oregano
1/2 tsp Thyme
Salt & Pepper to taste
2 Tbsp Fresh Parsley - chopped
4 - 6 Eggs
BBQ Sauce
Melt butter in a large skillet and place potatoes in pan. Cook stirring until potatoes
start to brown add in scallions & bell pepper. Season with salt & pepper. Cook until
everything just starts to soften. Add garlic powder, onion powder, thyme & oregano.
Stir in pulled pork and toss until heated through. Stir in parsley
Serve with you favorite style eggs and top with BBQ sauce.
**** Buttermilk Pancakes ****
2 C Flour
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
2 Tbsp Sugar
1/2 tsp Salt
2 C Buttermilk
2 Eggs
3 Tbsp Butter - melted
In a large bowl whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, sugar & salt. Make a well in the flour, add buttermilk eggs & butter. Mix until just combined (there should be lumps in the batter).
Let sit at least 10 minutes.
Place skillet on low heat for at least 5 minutes. Grease pan with butter or oil. Raise heat up to medium. Drop by 1/4 - 1/3 C onto skillet. Wait until bubbles appear and pancake is golden brown, flip and cook until golden brown.
**** Bacon Egg & Cheese on a Roll ****
1 Lbs Bacon
8 Slices American Cheese
8 Eggs
4 Kaiser Rolls
Butter
Place bacon on a wire rack. Bake 425 for 20 - 25 minutes.
Either fry or scramble your eggs.
Slice rolls and put on a bit of butter, Place 3 - 4 slices of bacon on bottom roll, place american cheese on top.
Place eggs on top of cheese and top with more cheese if desired. Slice roll in half to serve.
