Many thanks,I'm grateful to you
Clear explanation,I shall never forget these words anymore
I love all of the BBC's teachers since/as they teach us more easily.
Because they teach us more easily i love all of the BBC's teachers.
As/ since are used for results not for reason. So your example is wrong. Since/As I love all of the BBC teachers, they teach us more easily
@@ArslanGlyjow wrong! Because they teach us more easily, then it makes me love to wacth the programme

Yes, that sounds good to us. We'd probably say 'the like button', but the grammar is good!
"As I liked this video, I'll hit the 'like' button'.

The answer at the aforementioned quiz is: at the sentence misses the comma after breakfast. Is it right?
You got it!
Could you please explain me the difference between ' since' and 'as'
In Vietnamese "Tim" means "Heart". Thanks, Tim❤
Wow, we didn't know that! We'll be sure to tell Tim! We imagine he'll be very interested to hear that! 🙂
Really. I dont think so. In Vietnamese Tim means " bad"
@@bbclearningenglish Thank you, BBC❤❤. Love BBC, love Tim❤
@@johnnguyen4053 Only your "Tim" is baddd
Congratulations for 2 MILLION SUBSCRIBERS. My mum's English is not very good . Can you please do an 1 HOUR video specially made for my mum PLEASE
Good video, however, I have a doubt, can I say, 'I hope Tom's brought the comic since I wanted to borrow it from him' and 'Noodle are popular as they're easy to cook' ?
Cool
1. I would like to go back home because i am too tired
2. As i feel tight, i want to work out in my gym
3. I want to get a job since i quitted my job two months ago.
The first two are excellent examples! 🙂 The third needs a slight change, though...
We think it would be better if you said "I have wanted to get a new job since I quit my last job two months ago". We would use "I have wanted" rather than "I want" because it is an ongoing process (something you have been doing since 2 months ago). Although "quitted" can be used, it is much more common to use "quit" as the past tense of "quit".
We hope that helps! Thanks for sharing your examples! 🙂
BBC Learning English wow, i never expected an answer from the channel. Thank you so much😆😆😆 👍👍👍

Can we use 'for' like 'because/as/since)??
Ex: I didn't go there for she ignored m.
I didn't go there because she ignored me
What a ending
Because is used when focus is on the reason
I want to go for playing now because I dint go to filed for practice yesterday ..
because is used in d beginning when we focus more on d reason
Because I dint study hard I have got poor marks in academic
As n since are more formal
I dint go to theatre as I don't like watching movies
I haven't joined the ceremony since I don't like socialising
Fix your grammer pls
But what is the difference between as and since? are the same?
😍
1. Since I didn't have breakfast, now I'm hungry.
2. As I have learnt English since primary school, I can pass the IELTS Academic test.
3. She wanted to join speaking class because she wanted to speak fluently.
Excellent examples! Thanks for sharing! 🙂
@@bbclearningenglish thanks BBC LE.
I
I didn't get it!
Noodles are popular since they're easy to cook.
The result is "Noodles are popular" , and the reason is "they're easy to cook". Something wrong with Tim's explanation?
I don’t know which part you’re having trouble, but
‘more focus on the result’ means ‘the result is the main point of the sentence’. Which of the result and the reason comes first, is not so important maybe...
(As I’m not native, I might misunderstand it though)
@@Penguin-Goat , I didn't understand because in the first exemple the result is at the beginning of the sentence.
Since I'm not fluent, I can't explane very well.
@@edpereira4979
Oh sorry, but I'm not fluent as well so I cannot explain clearly. Please wait for other helpful comments... but
Both of
ooo because/as/since xxx.
because/as/since xxx, ooo.
mean the same. 'xxx' causes the result 'ooo'.
Because I didn’t have ate breakfast now I'm hungry ?
No te entendí ni madres :v
